In a historic moment for the state, Chandigarh University, Uttar Pradesh, was inaugurated by Hon&#8217;ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, beginning its journey of transforming higher education through AI-enabled education, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and industry-backed curriculum.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Hon\u2019ble Chief Minister<\/strong> began by planting a tree in the center of the campus as a symbol of blending environmental importance and technological advancements and then, in a grand ceremony, <strong>unveiled the foundation stone of the university<\/strong>. While addressing the students, parents, and dignitaries, he praised <a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegebatch.com\/21269-chandigarh-university-in-lucknow\">CU-UP<\/a> for integrating artificial intelligence into its education model, which perfectly aligns with the National Education Policy and the vision of <strong>Viksit Bharat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>With an investment of<strong> \u20b92500 crores<\/strong>, CU-UP stands as the <strong>most advanced among all the 47 private universities<\/strong> in the state, remarked the Hon\u2019ble Chief Minister, pointing out that the campus is a future hub for higher education and new standards of academic excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rajya Sabha MP and Hon&#8217;ble Chancellor Shri Satnam Singh Sandhu<\/strong> stressed the importance of bringing world-class education to UP so students no longer need to go far-off places to pursue excellence. \u201cWhy should they have to leave when they can learn, lead, and thrive right\u00a0here in Uttar Pradesh?\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Cabinet ministers like<strong> Mr. Nand Gopal Gupta, Mr. Yogendra Upadhyay<\/strong>, <strong>Dr. Swami Sachidanand Hari Sakshi Maharaj<\/strong>andother state leadersgraced the historic celebration along with industry stalwarts and hundreds of students and families.A momentous day for education in India, the event was a culmination of dreams being born, ideas being exchanged, and an important milestone in India\u2019s AI revolution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Chandigarh University opened the doors to India\u2019s First AI-Augmented Multidisciplinary University in Uttar Pradesh on 26th July 2025.
