The Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya started operations in 2007 under the aegis of the Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal (SVKM). The main campus of the Private University is located at Gandhinagar, Gujarat and the other one at Kadi, Gujarat.

Selection Criteria
For the Professional courses whose admission seats are filled through ACPC counselling, the selection criteria will be based on merit in academics. However, admissions in the remaining programs are granted to students on the basis of their academic excellence, entrance test marks, and other criteria, as applicable.
Reservation Criteria
KSV Gandhinagar reserves the seats for various categories like SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, and PwD in accordance with the rules & regulations stated by the Government of Gujarat and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Merit-Based Scholarship
Students who have exceptional academic performance are awarded a scholarship up to 50% in their annual tuition fee under this scheme. This scholarship is granted to a limited number of students.
Means-Based Scholarship (Adi Mahesh Seva Scheme)
This scheme is available for the students whose annual family income is less than Rs. 2,50,000/-.
