SVMCM Scholarship: Eligibility

- Must have a Domicile of West Bengal.
- Should have below-given minimum score in previously qualifying exam with no year gap:
- For 10+2 & UG Programs: 60% Marks
- For PG Programs: 53% Marks in Honors for General Education & 55% Marks for Engineering Programs.
- For K3 Applicants: 45% Marks (at UG level in Science/ Commerce/ Arts streams).
- Applicants’ annual family income must not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- ‘Not applicable for Kanyashree -K3).

The step by step guide to finish the registration process of SVMCM Scholarship is mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the Bangala Uchchashiksha e-governance portal and select the ‘SVMCM Scholarship’ tab. Once the Scholarship page is open, click on the ‘Registration’ button, present at the top right corner.
Step 2: Prior to the registration process, download and read the ‘User Manual’ carefully. After reviewing the instructions, accept the declaration, and click on ‘Proceed’ for registration.
