An Enriching Experience

Overall Rating
Overall, the college is just great for academics, the practical exposure is amazing as we have hospital attached to the college and we have our own botanical garden which helps us to learn a lot better about the drugs. It's just really good. Disclaimer - We don't get many leaves, don't even think of bunking, it is very strict, stricter than school, The college timings are very specific. You will not be allowed to enter even 20seconds just after the reporting time.
 

Academics Rating
BAMS is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. A lot of them has a misconception that it's ancient medicine and what not?? But it is still valid and has ZERO side effects and we also do surgeries but just in the presence of an MBBS Doctor and these things are going to improve in the future. Requirements- Should have at least received minimum marks in the NEET Exam Motive- Helping people through the best and the most effective way.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is the best! They are so informative, have abundant knowledge and know the easiest ways to teach and are always giving us practical inputs, which are going to be a great instrument in clinical practice. They do make us write imposition for 50 times but it us of great help. We get really good guidance for improving our studies and also research.
 

Placement Rating
The top results are mostly from our college. You will be given really good opportunities and jobs after graduation in the outside world if you have passed out with flying colors from this college.
 

Hostel Rating
I don't use the hostel but from the reviews I have received from my friends it isn't that great. The food isn't tasty and there are power cuts very frequently and many such issues. But they are very strict about timings of closing the gate and safety measures are really good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus isn't huge, but we have all the laboratories, OPDs, IPDs, OTs which are required, library, botanical garden, Medicinal Preparation Room and every essential thing for learning and practicing. They let us watch all the treatments in the 1st year, allow us to take the history of patients and also let us experience some of the treatments which is great again.
 

Campus Rating
The crowd is huge; We don't have clubs and fests but have ethnic day and different variation to the fresher's day and many group activities. We do celebrate all the festivals as a college and do special programs for some of the specific government holidays such as Independence Day, etc. Don't expect too much exposure towards cultural activities like other colleges because we don't organize fests, but we do participate in the competitions organized by the board.
