Surprisingly, there are no specific prerequisites or entry requirements beyond the NEET cut-off. However, given the course's emphasis on Sanskrit and Hindi, having prior knowledge of these languages can significantly benefit students. The allure of this program lies in its relatively lower cut-off compared to highly competitive courses like MBBS or ENT, while offering comparable career prospects. Upon completion, graduates receive the esteemed prefix of "Dr.," adding to the prestige of the course. Moreover, the salary packages associated with BAMS are both reasonable and justifiable. Instances where students fail to complete assignments or display inattentiveness in class are met with appropriate corrective measures, emphasizing the importance of responsibility and dedication. The faculty's versatility shines through their multifaceted approach to education, blending warmth with rigor to cultivate a balanced learning experience. Yet, within this diverse tapestry of educators, a minor drawback surfaces – a few instructors tend to exhibit a slightly more restrictive disposition, an aspect that could be perceived as a limitation within an otherwise enriching educational environment.

The college doesn't boast a dedicated placement cell due to the high number of students securing internships or employment within the university's hospital. A significant portion of students finds opportunities within the college hospital, while others pursue private practice or join multinational corporations. Notably, last year, several students secured positions in renowned companies like Patanjali and Dabur. Despite these options, a majority opt to work within the college hospital itself. Internships typically offer an average salary of around 20,000 rupees, while job placements within the college hospital extend an average salary of 40,000 rupees to the successful candidates. This pattern highlights the substantial opportunities available within the university's healthcare ecosystem, encouraging students to explore diverse career paths, including both corporate and hospital-based avenues.

Construction is underway for a new hostel within the college premises at the Harrawala branch, slated for completion by next year. The existing hostels across other branches boast exceptional facilities, albeit with stringent regulations, particularly concerning the safety of female residents. Despite these strictures, the overall conditions, including the quality of food and the hostel's upkeep, are commendable. The warden, while firm in upholding rules and regulations, is notably affable and approachable otherwise. The meals provided are not only delicious but also maintain high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the hostel ensures access to clean and potable water for all its residents.

The college block, intricately connected to the adjacent government hospital, stands as the sole structure within the campus. Adorned with contemporary architectural designs, it boasts a comprehensive array of facilities catering to the needs of students, faculty, and staff. Despite the relatively modest expanse of the college grounds, it houses essential amenities such as potable water sources, adequate lighting, ventilation through fans, and well-equipped medical resources. While extracurricular offerings are limited within the college perimeters, the compact yet meticulously tended playground stands as a testament to the gardener's dedicated upkeep. Regrettably, one notable absence in this otherwise well-equipped institution is the lack of a facility specifically designated for the preservation of cadavers for educational purposes. Consequently, students seeking practical exposure in this field are obliged to traverse to the Rishikul branch, as the Harrawala branch does not afford this unique requirement. Overall, the college block stands as a bastion of modernity and functionality, providing a nurturing environment for academia and basic amenities, although it necessitates a journey elsewhere for certain specialized studies.

Despite the relatively compact college grounds, the atmosphere pulsates with numerous vibrant festivals celebrated in grandeur. These events, a cornerstone of campus life, are observed with fervor and zest. Beyond the academic rigors, students find solace in the playground, where they unwind and engage in recreational activities during their free moments.
