Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering B.Tech Review By G. Lokesh Kumar

I am a lateral entry, that means I pursued my diploma and then I joined in B.Tech, IT branch in Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering within in few days I am going write my semester in this short due of time I fell in love with the beautiful nature present in the college, the college environment is so excellent and I have really good experience in our college. When it comes to placements software branch people get placed well but it is difficult for core branch students to get placed in campus recruitment.

I am studying IT in branch, I joined in this college through ECET which is a state level entrance test for polytechnic students to join B.Tech. I got 26 rank in ECET but I belonged to instrumentation branch in diploma which made it difficult for me to join B.Tech as that branch is removed in many engineering colleges. I want to study a software engineering branch so I chose IT, but our college offers very good cut offs.

All the faculty members teaching at Andhra Loyola College are well qualified but the thing is their teaching is not up to the point and many of the students face problems. When it comes to internal marks as there are very strict rules to be followed in college and faculty is also so strict and serious.

YES, our college has a Placement Cell but it is not that used.

YES, our college offers hostel facilities good thing about our college hostel is its fee, study hours are regular for hostellers, but food is very bad in our college need to adjust a lot and usage of phone in study hours is prohibited.

Our college infrastructure is good, we cannot tell it’s excellent but yes it is satisfactory. The college blocks are good, but the best thing about our college is nature, the trees, the environment, good ground for students to enhance their fitness by walk and jogging, we have a really good library.

Apart from having poor placements our college is very supportive for personal development. When it comes to gaining moral values and ethics our college teaches it well, our college offers good sports facilities, fests and parties are not conducted much everything is very strict in our college, good thing is that it offers training in 3 wings of Indian army, horse riding is also taught in our college.
