An overview of my college - RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata

Overall Rating
Our college has 2 grounds and also 2 campuses. The college atmosphere is so much calm and the trees will refresh one’s mind too. The seniors are friendly. There is no raging in the college. The faculty members are very friendly. And they communicate with us with so much regards. Our have techtrix (cultural competition), regalia (annual fest), GOT (annual sports), etc. There are very much amazing sessions occurred in our college that gives a very good mindset to us.
 

Academics Rating
I am a student of B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. The is chosen by me for my ambition to be an engineer in computer. I am very much satisfied by this college. There is two ways to get entry to our college. By WBJEE/JEE Main or direct admission. Our college offers two seats for economically weaker students. So I think I have chosen the best and you should be.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very friendly. They are very polite. They are friendly teacher and also a good mentor. Overall they are god gifted to us. They help us in reading by teaching in the class and by sending ppts for reading at home. All faculties are from professor level. And our principle is the retired chairman of WBJEE council.
 

Hostel Rating
Our college has no hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college has 2 campuses named old campus and new campus, those are very much important to us. In the old building there is principle, library, all labs, and the hall. There is also a canteen in old building. And in the new building, the faculties’ rooms and the classrooms are classified. There are various department and sections. Each building has bathrooms, water purifier, etc.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is very joyful to me and my friends also. We enjoyed the whole day by reading, playing, and taking parts in future applications like projects. Just like we are in the era of enjoyment. Seniors do not bother us. They also played with us. There are too many clubs to introduce like RAC, Dance Club, Music Club, SWG Club, Sports Club, etc.

    My college is situated besides the south Canal road and it is very beautiful college. Here many types of flowers seen here. The environment is very good to study and there are two buildings present in the campus. A pond is present in middle of the college.     The institute is beside the canal South road. The environment is fine here. The faculty members are too friendly to share everything with them. There are many types of trees of flowers for the good vibe. Our lab is very good and very clean the placement record are good in the college. All the teachers are friendly.... Read Full Review

    First of all, I chose studying at RCCIIT because it is a semi government college. Besides that, the fees of this college is lower that other colleges in West Bengal. When I was preparing for WBJEE when my teacher's daughter got placed in a good MNC called NRI FinTech from RCCIIT. So from that I got the motivation to get into this college.     Firstly the college has an enough space for student. There are 2 Campuses. One for B.Tech only. And the other for M.Tech, BCA, and MCA. So as a B.Tech student there is sufficient classrooms and computer Lab. The computer lab is well maintained and very useful. There are much and more places for playing and sports.     So here I am telling about my engineering college which RCCIIT (RCC Institute of Information Technology). I have taken admission in this college through WBJEE exam which is the state engineering entrance exam. After counseling in the first round I got ECE dept. of this college.
