Review on Panchayat College Bargarh

Overall Rating
This is a fully government funded college. It is the only government college in the district. This is one of the best in the area. It is aided with Sambalpur University. The infrastructure is not so good or not so bad. The maintenance is very poor. The course system is similar to CBCS. It does not have a lot of options for courses.
 

Academics Rating
There are 26 courses available. Entry requirement is 12th class examination and for PG graduation is required. You can apply on SAM’s website of Odisha government. Cut off is high for science subjects. The minimum requirement for physics is 80 percentages for physics and math graduation courses. The post graduate programmers are newly opened.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties here are OES officers. They are highly educated. The faculty in physics department is mostly PhD degree holders. The teaching quality is good. The approach towards students is good. With basic facility in the department the teaching is done with projectors. Smart board facility is not there till now.
 

Placement Rating
Yes there is a placement cell in the college. But it is of no use there is no help from placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is good for boys. Water shortage is seen for days long.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is not so good. Government gives so many funds but the corruption is very high in the college. Everyone have the intention to clean sweep the government money without properly using it. To be honest government approve buildings but they are made of very low quality. Basic amenities like toilets are not there.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is not so good in this college. You can't expect big fests and cultural events here. Once a year an annual program is held. That is also not up to the mark. Other colleges here have better arrangement and better programs. You can take admission here. There no tension for exams. You can easily pass the exams.

    Best college in Bargarh district. Outstanding in performance.im from botany department there a beautiful garden in our college the maintenance is ok till the date.
