I am a student of the B.Tech Branch at the College Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Professional Studies and have been a part of this college for the past 3 years. My Overall experience at the college has been truly enriching and positive. This college has not only aided my personal as well as professional growth but also helped me in exploring the various other unknown talents within me by its wide range of extra-curricular activities. The coursework is challenging but engaging and the celebrations are worth waiting for.

The course I enrolled for is B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The requirement for the course is the presence of proper paperwork and a good percentile in the exam of IPU CET. The department is equipped with knowledgeable professors who are always willing to help. The motive to enroll in the coursework was the uniqueness of the course. Being a new field, we are always eager to learn something new every day.

The faculty members teaching at the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Department are experienced and well-qualified teachers. They are from different backgrounds, holding degrees in their field from prestigious institutions. The teachers at my department do not only teach from the books but are highly inclined towards gaining practical knowledge by working on projects and encouraging students to do the same. Teachers are not only good in their fields but are also dedicated educators.

The college is equipped with a Placement and Training Cell which not only helps you acquire a job in the industry but also helps you train for the different rounds of the same. They help in preparing for jobs by organizing summer trainings and soft skills training which teaches the basics to be followed while sitting for an exam or interview.

The college is not equipped with a hostel.

The college houses a number of classes, labs, lecture halls, faculty rooms, etc. There are a total of 5 blocks in the college, each divided for specific departments. These buildings are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the particular department, with specialized labs and classes. The campus library is spacious, and well equipped with facilities that help the students work with utmost concentration. There are several labs on the campus with the latest hardware and software to support the student's career growth. There is a range of sports activities supported in the institute and a food court for students to have their lunches.

ADGIPS offers a vibrant campus life, with students from different regions with different ideas and a wide range of activities to suit everyone's taste. The campus is buzzing with energy as there is always an event going on in the premises, be it technical or cultural. The college boasts and variety of clubs and societies catering to the wide range of interests of the students. These societies conduct various events and encourage students to jump out of their comfort and try something different. With various events going on throughout the year, the annual Techno-cultural Event Utkarsh is the highlight of all the events.
