Overall Rating
Kakatiya University is the heart of education not only for students in Warangal but also for many students from other districts like Adilabad, Nirmal, Karimnagar, etc. The institute has many useful facilities and many departments. It has a very large campus, good greenery, and amazing sports facilities. Inter college sports fest is conducted here. Students get to showcase their skills in every field. Overall, it is an amazing college.
 

Academics Rating
I am from computer science background. The college has good faculty members who are always ready to help students. However, the curriculum is a bit outdated. They need to update it to today’s technology. To get admission into this college, one needs to secure a rank in EAMCET examination. The fee for this college is low. There are many branches and departments to choose from. Overall, it is decent in academics.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of this college is very experienced. Though many of them just speak in local Telugu language, they have their own style of teaching. Many of them have done masters from the same university and many are pursuing Ph.D. Faculty always encourages students to expand their skill set. They need to update the syllabus but overall, the faculty is okay.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a Placement Cell. It’s not the best Placement Cell in Warangal but they still manage to get companies to come to our college. The average package is around 4 LPA. Due to recession, this placement season has not been the best.
 

Hostel Rating
The university does have residential facilities. The food is not that great but that’s the same for every hostel. There are separate blocks for boys’ hostels and girls’ hostels. Each floor has a floor in charge and a couple of wardens. Students can roam around campus as much as they like.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many blocks in our college. There are two main gates and easy connectivity to the city. College has well built roads and a very large ground. There are many departments and each department has its own block. There are many trees and plants giving a very cool temperature around the college. One thing I want to say is that it is very easy to get lost in this campus.
 

Campus Rating
There are many clubs in our college and each club occasionally conducts club activities. Don't expect much from the fests. You will make many good friends in the 3-4 years you will be spending here. Be wary of outsiders inside the campus. Sports are very much encouraged in our college. We can have a good campus life here.

    Kakatiya University is one of the best universities in Warangal, Telangana. It provides various courses including bachelors and masters in various programs like computer science, statistics, language courses like English, Telugu, etc. And also other departments are there like geology, physics, etc. It also has good ranking and good faculty who are highly talented.     Normally I joined in this college by looking the University tag. Here they will provide free education. Overall, the college was quite good. Like private colleges the building was not that much attractive. It's a normal rectangular shape building, still they are constructing. I prefer this college to those persons who want to make their future bright not depending on the faculty but through their own studies. It's a good place who wants to prepare for Government exams.
