Academic Insights at SBNITM Jaipur

Overall Rating
I chose this institute because its academic curriculum was good. Sports tournaments are carried out in every 6 months. Every function is celebrated very nicely such as Republic day and Independence day. In the whole Rajasthan, no other institute conducts celebrations like Shree Bhawani Niketan Institute of Technology and Management, Jaipur does.
 

Academics Rating
I took admission in B.Tech in 2021 through lateral entry as I had done the required diploma. I chose this course because of my interest in machines and love for Mathematics. Also, the requirement for Mechanical Engineers in foreign countries is high. B.Tech is a great option for Science students. B.Tech is a technical course with practical classes and is interesting. The semester exams are not much hard. If a student studies regularly, then he can easily clear the semester exams. The passing marks required are 36%. Students can simultaneously prepare for competitive exams as the attendance is not compulsory here.
Shree Bhawani Niketan Institute of Technology and Management, Jaipur has affordable fee structure.
 

Faculty Rating
The institute has excellent faculty. The entire faculty is very well qualified. Tests are conducted to check teacher’s knowledge every year. Every teacher is friendly. They teach us like their own children.
 

Placement Rating
Placement rate is 100% at Shree Bhawani Niketan Institute of Technology and Management, Jaipur. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest package was 4 LPA in my batch. The recruiting companies are Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, Sigma Electrical, etc. Nearly 97% of the students got internships from Sigma Electrical and Tata Motors. The top roles offered are of Production Engineer, Machine Operator, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
There are separate residential facilities for both boys and girls. Food is not so good in hostel mess. Also the cost per meal is Rs. 12. Quality of dining halls is average though. Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute has well-developed classrooms with good cleanliness and hygiene. They are fully air-conditioned. There is 24/7 Wi-Fi availability with good speed. There are separate labs for all the branches so that all students can perform the experiments well. The canteen provides hygienic and good quality food. Medical facilities are available all the time in the institute premises. Sports events are conducted twice a year, and tournaments are also conducted.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life was awesome. Made many friends, many of them were Jaipur localities only. Sports activities were conducted from time to time. There is a large stadium named ‘Bhawani Singh Stadium’ which is well maintained and events and tournaments are held here.
