The best college with the best faculty members

Overall Rating
Darrang College Tezpur is situated in the middle of the town in a beautiful city of Tezpur. This college is a well known and well recognised college in entire Assam. This college has good faculty members. The education system is also good it provides a huge library with digital and well known books. I would suggest taking admission in this particular college because it gives you more option to study in a various departments.
 

Academics Rating
For getting admission in Bachelor in Science with the subject Botany you would have to pass in HSC with some good marks. The admission process is strictly on merit basis. Then you will get a pass course to study. It’s based on plant study in a vast and well known manner.
 

Faculty Rating
Yes the faculty members of our department are very good and well behaved. We have very good professors with very good experience and skills. Everyone have their own teaching style. They provide notes and everything that students needs during their graduation. Practical class are also organised by them throughout the year. Projectors are also used for digital classroom.
 

Placement Rating
No we don't have a placement cell in our college. But we demand to our authorities to open a placement cell to help students getting their dream job.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes we have 2 hostels in our campus one is for boys and one is for girls. These hostels have wardens who take care of the students every time. During enrollment a student having good marks gets hostel facility immediately at a very cheap amount.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We have an administration block for the faculties. Every department has their own teacher’s common room. Our college has different section for different buildings. One for commerce, one for science and one for arts. There are also rest rooms for both boys and girls. Student’s common rooms are also available for the students. Play ground and indoor stadium are available in the college.
 

Campus Rating
Yes our campus is surrounded by a good eco system. Students come to the college with a good and well behaved manner with a proper uniform code. Fest and cultural program are organised throughout the year in a well and discipline manner. Quiz and every literature competition happen through the year for student’s development. There is a union council for students that is always available in the college campus.
