Sanatan Dharma College is considered as the best college in Ambala. It is affiliated under the Kurukshetra University. Its infrastructure and social activities of different societies makes this college an all-rounder. Students of Haryana mostly prefer this college. S.D. College is the best for those who want to excel in their academics but also want to enjoy their social life. The teachers are very supportive, fun and loving.

S.D. College, Ambala is NAAC accredited grade A++. It is known for its strong academic programs, dedicated teachers and staffs. This college offers a wide range of courses in various fields as well as it provides a lot of facilities. S.D. College has a good record of placements. Additionally, the college facilities and infrastructure provides a suitable environment for student's to outshine in their studies.

I was always hearing some rumors about the faculty members of this college that they are not understanding, etc. But when I joined this college for my graduation in Bachelor of Commerce I realised that the teachers are very supportive and understanding, especially the teachers of B.Com. Overall both types of faculty member are there, kind and rude ones. A few will understand and support you while others may not. In terms of teaching and expertise, each one of them is the best in their own fields. I feel blessed to join this college as the teachers in my course are the best.

Yes, we have placement cell in our college, but what can you expect after doing just B.Com. The placements were not too high this year and the CTC was also very low. I got placed in the Nath Outsourcing Ltd. But I decided not to join because I wanted to go for my higher studies. But the students who want placements, this college provide various skill development programs and sessions to enhance the overall personality of the student. However, students should be prepared to take initiative and keep an open eye for opportunities available and grab it when needed.

The infrastructure of this college is good and way better than other colleges in its locality. We have a huge ground, basketball court and a flower garden. The college provides a really big parking area for vehicles. We have a spacious and well maintained campus with clean washrooms and classes. This college has many seminar rooms, a big auditorium and well equipped computer labs. S.D. College also provides free Wi-Fi access to the students. Overall, it’s worth spending every penny on this college as it is good in every aspect.

It has an amazing campus life, as it engage students in different co-curricular activities. It has various societies such as the Women Cell, YRC, NSS, NCC, Inner Wheel Club, Rotaract Society and many more. You will definitely learn a lot from these societies.
