AIST Dehradun: Study in the Peaceful Ambience

Overall Rating
The campus of AIST Dehradun is very attractive and buildings are big. Fee is very affordable. The campus is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery & mountains. Until now, I have a good experience here. The admission cell’s staff is very helpful.
 

Academics Rating
We can apply online by filling application form. Both online and offline modes are available. For being eligible and be able to fill the form, one needs to have decent marks in 12th grade only. There is no such entrance exam. Documents like 12th marksheet, and transfer certificate. For my course, the institute ensures to provide practical knowledge through visit in the fields and others. We are also guided through the research work.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are highly educated as all are PhD holders. They are very friendly and helpful. They teach and guide us over how to choose our own path. They provide study material and notes in the class groups. They also help us through different queries. We can interact with them anytime. They teach us through books, laptops, and projectors.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is placement drive for the final year students. Different companies like Amazon Flipkart HDFC, ECL, Tata, etc. are ready to take students for a good position.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostel facilities on the campus of AIST Dehradun. In addition, the best thing is hostel is within the campus. Hostel has good facilities like medical, games, etc. The quality of the food is good. The mess offers different cuisines through the menu. It provides rooms in double and triple sharing.
 

Infrastructure Rating
As I told earlier, the campus of Advance Institute of Science & Technology is very attractive and peaceful. You can see mountains trees and can fell the beauty of nature. Buildings are big and fully furnished and maintained. The institute has smart classes, libraries, and seminars. In addition, there are big lawns in the campus. View of these lawns from the classroom is very beautiful. Multiple labs are present in the college buildings. The whole area is really clean and tidy.
 

Campus Rating
There are different clubs like dance, theatre, music, social help, environmental groups, etc. It also conducts different sport programs. It our department, there is a Krishi Vigyan Mela on the annual basis. Many renowned personalities are invited and the crowd is huge.
