Overall Rating
So about the college, the college is located a bit far from the main city of Chennai. If you are capable of self study with a little bit of help, this college will be good for you. The college will help you with theoretical skills and will help till an extend to gain practical skills so if you are ready to improve on your own go for it.
 

Academics Rating
The requirements of the college are a good passing score in your 12th grade with a good cutoff. You can get into the college through management quota as well as counseling conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu TNEA counseling. The cutoff for the time when I joined the college was 130 or something near or above that.
 

Faculty Rating
Like the other colleges the facilities will definitely help and guide you in your path to become an engineer. They will help you to learn the things which you want and help you to gain technical as well as problem solving skills which will be further helpful in your career. They are mostly friendly and will help you without hesitation.
 

Placement Rating
According to me I haven't seen placement drives taking place in the campus. I have not seen many companies coming to Sree Sastha Institute of Engineering and Technology. So I would suggest you to opt for off campus hiring as this will be more beneficial for you.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel is just average with not many facilities. I am a day scholar but my friends who stay in the hostel are not satisfied with the services they are provided with. So I won't recommend to stay in Sree Sastha's hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many other colleges inside the campus of Sree Sastha Institute of Engineering and Technology which includes the Pharmacy, Nursing, Arts and Sciences as well as Paramedical colleges. It is a very big and well maintained campus. A lot of facilities and amenities are offered to the students in the institute.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is not very easy to go as we have to follow certain dress codes inside the college. For boys it is Shirt and Pants while for the girls it is Churidar and Kurtis. The institute asks the students to maintain it in a proper way.
