My overall experience in JIS university is very good. I enjoyed every moment I spent in this university. The seniors are like brothers to us who are really very supportive in everything. The architecture of the university is top notch. The facilities are great and of course the students are intelligent and innovative. Firstly, I didn't want to join this course and this university, but my friends and family suggested me to join and guess what, I started to like the university very much. Others should also join this university because the course, the fee structure and the architecture is very good as compared to some other universities and colleges in the Kolkata.

The eligibility criterion of this university is to have minimum 60% marks in 12th standard with respective subjects with the course they want to join. For admission you need to apply online on the JIS university website. The admission cell will help you regarding the process and fee payments. The step of admission or filling form is very easy.

The faculties in this university are well educated and well experienced with very good degrees like Ph.D and Masters. Some faculties are good. they teach more practical than bookish knowledge. They always try their best to cover all the doubts and syllabus way before the examinations. Their teachings methods are very fantastic as they teach us in friendly manner, which helps students gain confidence in class and do better in future.

Yes, of course we have placement cell in university. In last 2 years, about 88% students got placed in very good companies like Amazon, Flipkart etc with the average package of 20 lakh in their respective field B.Tech, BCA, etc.

Yes, our university has residential facilities for both boys and girls. I am not residing in hostels but my friends do and according to their opinion, the hostels of both boys and girls are top notch. From food to infrastructure, all things are very good and fantastic.

Our university has academic blocks and many amenities as well. In JIS university campus, you will get gym, libraries, common room, indoor playing room, auditoriums and idea meter rooms, different types of laboratories and many more. Outside the main building of the university, there is a small artificial pond and a big playground is also available.

In JIS university there are many groups and clubs are created for the betterment of the students, some clubs in JIS university are goggle development club, dance club, placement club, internship club, sports club and many more. The University organizes some fest like ‘Viviridhi’, Freshers and many more every 7-8 months.
