It's been a year since I'm studying here in the college, the journey started in cot 2023. It's been a year now in the college and it's going as expected. Got the college during my counseling, taken admission here as per my friend’s suggestion. During this course of time in the university, I had experienced the best and the lowest moments of my life, initially when there were no clinical postings, things were going way too smooth but things take turn as the clinical posting start. It literally made me realize the value of time management, in the initial phase I just couldn't figure out how fast the time was going. But eventually you become habitual and used to it. Attendance criteria are 85% for lecture hours, and 100% for clinical hours. The makeup duty (clinical duty that you do when you are absent without any prior information) ratio is 1:2. One piece of advice I'd like to share with the students coming to the college, make up your mind to be punctual and time bound. If you're an early bird, the college is welcoming you whole heartedly.

This program is meant for female candidates only. The program pre requisite is NEET / CET (IPU) scorecard with optimum rank and age: minimum 17 years. The students looking forward to make a career in the medical field, or have a vision to settle in abroad, this course give you ample opportunities for making your dreams come true.

The faculty for this course is mostly M.Sc degree holders in nursing in different specialties. All teachers have different teaching methods. Some might fit your taste some may not. The college uses a hybrid mode for teaching. There is traditional board and chalk. Also, there are projectors for presenting visuals and making a better understanding. Some teachers provide you with their notes to learn from, whereas some make you understand the lectures. But as the exams approach they're all in a rush to complete the syllabus, however, they're all approachable if stuck in any doubts.

Majority of passed out students of our college are settled in government hospitals whereas some have made their presence in foreign countries.

The hostel life is a bit complicated here. The in time for students is of 7 pm and only Wednesday outing is provided, however you may go home on Saturday noon as the college gets over at half day on Saturday. For going on outing or home you have to take permission. Coming to facilities; there are 1:4 ratios for students per room. The room is well spaced and ventilated. You cannot keep an air conditioner, but cooler is allowed. Self cooking is prohibited. There's mess and its menu is set as per student's choice. Every floor has separate water cooler. The overall hostel is fine, you have to be bit approachable and adjustable.

There's only one building in our college that starts with the reception. There are 3 floors, apart from the basement. The basement has library and faculty room. The ground floor has reception, a faculty room and principal cabin. The 1st floor has an assembly hall, vice principal's cabin 3 faculty rooms and three lecture halls. The second floor has the similar arrangement as that of the 1st floor. There's an auditorium at the top floor. This marks the end of college. Then comes the hospital, our hospital has 2 blocks: A and B. There's canteen in front of the B block. The old hostel is situated after hospital, whereas, the new girls hostel is situated beside college.

The overall campus life is fun. There's no concept of ragging. There is Anugoonj, the cultural fest of our university, whereas there are multiple events taking place throughout the year. The health mela, sports week, freshers and much more are organised here. You'd enjoy Anugoonj the most and the health mela would be making your school life relived.
