Choosing this university was my personal preference as I wasn't able to move out of the city due to some personal reasons and AJU is one of the best universities in our city. My experience here was decent. There's no academic pressure on students also the faculty was very supportive. There were many events organised now and then. Overall it was fun.

Enrolling in this program was again my own choice because I wanted a career in this stream. It was completely my own decision to choose this course. To get admission here a student needs to have a minimum of 50% in their Intermediate exams if belongs to the general category and if they belong to the reservation categories (SC, ST, OBC, etc.) they need to have a minimum of 40-45% marks to obtain a seat in the university. The university doesn't conduct any GD/PI round or entrance exam to select students for admission. The admission process is completely based on the previous academic records of the students.

The faculty here is quite supportive and helpful. But some teachers here are very highly qualified but some are here with very basic knowledge and can barely speak English properly. Teachers try their best to guide and support the students in every possible situation. The teaching style is also very basic here. Although there are smart classes provided for better learning experience for the students but lack of teacher’s knowledge creates a little mess. Teachers here really need to adapt new teaching techniques and technologies for a better teaching experience for the students.

Yes, there is a placement cell in the institute that brings many companies for placements. The placement cell is well organized and also helps in guiding and grooming the students to face interviews and get a job. The placement cell faculty is very supportive and teaches us many ways to build our resumes and also our personality to look presentable as it is also a very important aspect. Companies like Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM, etc visits the university to hire freshers as well as experienced students for their company but the package offered are comparatively very low. 35-40% of the students were only placed during my course year. The placements are getting better day by day.

Yes there are hostels provided to students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. But they lack amenities. Students usually opt for hostels outside the campus because the campus lacks a lot of facilities such as 24*7 water and electricity, separate rooms with air conditioner, Wi-Fi etc.

The campus academic blocks have decent infrastructure but the classrooms are not air conditioned which creates a problem for students as well as teachers in summers. The library is fully equipped with books and journals related to every stream and subject for the students. The campus also has various labs of students across different streams such as medical and engineering. The only problem is the area between the university and the main road. Students need to travel 2.5 km away from the main road through villages and forest area to reach the university which creates some serious security issues for faculty as well as the students of the university.

There are various events, festivals and sports organized throughout the year for students. Festivals like Saraswati Puja, Holi, etc. are the main festivals that are celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in the campus. Sports such as volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, football, cricket, etc. are organised by the university. Events including dance, music, drama, and ramp walk, etc. are organised with themes that would inspire students and also to gain knowledge about it. Students from various groups and clubs to ensure the smooth functioning of events organised and also to maintain the social well-being of the university. It also helps them interact with each other and build a friendly relationship. Although the campus life is fun.
