Holistic development at Shivalik Institute of Paramedical Technology, Chandigarh

Overall Rating
My overall experience at this institute is very good. The institute helps you to enhance your skills and gives you many opportunities to prove your capabilities. The Institute organises Hackathons every year that is very good for students they showcase their skills. Many more workshops are organised to enlighten us and boost our skills.
 

Academics Rating
Minimum marks required to enroll is 65% marks. Any specific Scholarship Exam is not organised by the institute. The institute grew a lot in the past few years, that's why I chose this institute to improve my skills and knowledge about the subject.
 

Faculty Rating
There faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They are always ready to help us in any situation and are friendly. Mathematics teachers have very unique styles of teaching and have trained us to solve any kind of subject related questions efficiently. The faculties of Chemistry and Electronics are also every good. They always guided the students to do their best.
 

Placement Rating
Placement ratio of various branches is good. Anyone who has the necessary skills can crack the interview. Institute gives equal opportunity to everyone to appear for the interview.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is good. Food quality is also good, and they give proper attention to maintaining hygiene. Hostellers are provided with many sports and recreational facilities. Girls’ hostel has different rules as compared to boys. Security at the girls’ hostel is very strict.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Shivalik campus is not so big but is organised very well. Infrastructure of the institute is very good. Classrooms are renovated every year.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very good. Every year various fests and events are organised such as Fresher’s Party, Shivatech Fest, etc. Best thing is that it is organised by the campus students themselves. Decoration is done by the Craft Nexus members and music & dance is organised by the Caravan Club. There are many clubs that have their own share of responsibilities.
