Calm and Peaceful Campus

Overall Rating
NGC is one of the best colleges in Kannur district. It's very hard to get admission even if you score well in your 12th board. The campus is very vast along with couple of grounds for sports. The college has management seat also. You can approach the management for direct admission.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Sc in Home Science because very few colleges provide this course and I think it's best to choose NGC for this particular course as the curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry ready. Admission is based on the 12th board marks. You can also avail reservation based on your caste.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are friendly as well as austere. They share their notes via PDFs and PPTs. Most of the classes have digital board so it is easy to learn visually. Almost 50% of the faculties are alumni too so they are very much ethical and professional. They are approachable as well as a bit strict when it comes to academics.
 

Placement Rating
We have a placement cell in our college. They help us prepare for the final year placement. They train us for interviews, mocks, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
We have hostel which is very near the campus. The hostel fee is around 5k per month. Lots of delicious Malabar special food is provided in our hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus is huge. We have multiple academic blocks. We also have multiple sports grounds including basketball court, cricket ground, badminton court, volleyball court, etc. and our library is vast too. We have lots of academic books as well as fiction too. We have multiple auditoriums where various events are conducted.
 

Campus Rating
We do have lots of clubs in our college. Most of them are very active and offer a wide variety of opportunities to showcase our leadership skills, social skills, communication skills, etc. We have our arts and sports fests every year where the chief guest would be a huge celebrity. We also have our active NCC in our college.
