Being a Nursing Student in Medical Trust College

Overall Rating
I chose Medical Trust College of Nursing because its Mother hospital is known for its excellence in healthcare and also college provides proper education in this field. We will get a good education in medical and also practice in doing clinical works. They provide better faculties and also proper education to the students.
 

Academics Rating
The college has both medical and paramedical courses. B.Sc Nursing program is a stream everyone is choosing now. It has lots of job opportunities in India and in other countries. After studies, we can get job easily. For getting admission, we need more than 90% of marks in 10+2 and we should choose science stream. After that only this course can be chosen.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties here are experts. They have experience of 12+ years in teaching sector. Most of the faculties are professors, associate professors and assistant professors. The teachers use lecture methods, discussion methods, etc. for teaching students. They use projectors for easy understanding. The students are also asked to take seminars on the topics given by the faculty.
 

Placement Rating
The students have internship at the end of the semester. The internship is done in the mother hospital itself. After the studies we can also get in the Mother Hospital for job also. There are no any other placements here.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel here has a fee of Rs. 7000. The facilities include spacious rooms and attached bathroom available for the students. The hostel has washing machines, and dish washers available for the students. The hostel is only available for the girls and not boys for now.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college is situated in a small area but it’s spacious. The college has enough classrooms with many other facilities. There are labs for the students. College bus is also available. It has about 8 floors. The college has exam halls and a spacious auditorium.
 

Campus Rating
Medical Trust College of Nursing campus is situated in a less crowded area near to the city. Cultural fests are also being conducted. Arts days, farewells, fresher’s day, etc. are being conducted in the college from time to time. There are certain other extracurricular activities like sports, etc.
