My honest opinion on IET Lucknow

Overall Rating
The overall experience at this institute is average. The campus is pretty good. If you want to enjoy a good institute life, then you can choose this institute. This institute is situated in the main city of Lucknow. The placement rates of IET Lucknow are really good and almost all the students are placed in good companies.
 

Academics Rating
This institute is affiliated with AKTU. You will get admission here only through JEE Mains and UPTAC counseling. This institute doesn't offer any other form of admissions in B.Tech without JEE Mains. Student should have at least 65% marks in the 12th standard board exam. If you are passionate towards building a good career, then this is the right choice for you.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of this institute is pretty average as well as their teaching skills. Some teachers are supportive and humble, but some are very strict. Overall, the faculties are average.
 

Placement Rating
The placements of this institute are ordinary. The median package of this institute is Rs. 7.9 LPA and average package is Rs. 6 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel of this institute is moderate. 4-seater rooms are available for the students and there are 3 almirah and 2 fans in each room. There are two big common washrooms for the hostellers.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the institute is standard because there is no new building. All the buildings are quite old. There are no smart classes but the classrooms are big. There is a normal chalk board and one projector in each class of the institute.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is enjoyable. You will like the sports complex which is under construction. My best motivation to take admission in this institute was its sports complex. In the sports complex you are typically provided with facilities for almost all the outdoor games like cricket, football, hockey, and indoor games like badminton, table tennis, etc.
