An overall review of LDC Institute of Technical Studies, Allahabad

Overall Rating
The infrastructure of the institute is excellent, from the entrance to playground, lunch area, bus facilities and hostels. all aspects are well maintained and contribute to a positive environment for students. Additionally, the route to the institute is very well connected through the road between Prayagaraj and Ayodhya.
 

Academics Rating
The Mechanical Engineering course is well organized and covers important topics like Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Material Science, and Design. The entry requirements include a strong base in Math and Physics. I join this course because it offers a good mix of theory and practice work, helping me build skill for real world engineering jobs in manufacturing or automotive industries.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in the Mechanical Engineering department is very experienced and knowledgeable. They make the concepts easy to understand by sharing real life examples from the industry. Their teaching style is friendly. We can ask any question and discuss our doubts with them. They are supportive and often help us individually with project or lab work.
 

Placement Rating
I'm also a Mechanical Engineering final year student. I didn't have a job yet, but my seniors who have passed the exams last year are selected in good companies like TCS, Wipro, and Mahindra with higher salary package. The selection process has 3 rounds- aptitude round, technical round and face to face interview round and one needs to crack these rounds for getting a job.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel facilities are good and comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and have space as required. it is good and has all basic things we need. We have clean water and good electricity supply in our rooms. The hostel feels safe and friendly, making it’s a nice place to study and focus on studies.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has well maintained building, equipped classrooms and good practical labs. With all the essential demonstration we also have library with all the good collections of books. There is also a canteen for tea and coffee and to relax between the classes. Overall the infrastructure meets all the needs of the students that provides clean and supportive environment for study.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is fun and active. The people are friendly and supportive. We also have festivals and events that make the campus lively. It is a wonderful place to make friends, explore new hobbies, interest and gain experience beyond the course curriculum. campus life is very memorable.
