Briefing about my College New Horizon College of Engineering

Overall Rating
New Horizon College of Engineering is 3rd best college in the entire Bangalore and is situated in the IT park full of companies. The college is very good and there many people of different linguistic states.
 

Academics Rating
As per the academics concern, have 3 exams per semester. 2 exams are internals and the 3rd one is final exam. So I am from Mechanical, the syllabus is updated. The labs are well equipped with the latest equipment.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very helpful during doubts and are very friendly outside and strict as much in the class. They explain the same concept, as many times as you wish but class should maintain discipline required by the teacher. We have PhD holdings teachers teaching us.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are about 80-85 %. Others go for higher studies. The placement cell is working very hard for teaching soft skills and others things to the students. We have a dedicated ED cell.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are great. The mess food is awesome. The rooms are built great and cost 1 lakh per annum for the hostel. For people who have home around 20-25 KM should definitely take the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is very good. There are about 5 canteens within the campus and my fav hangout spot is umbrella cafeteria. There are 2 gyms and 2 libraries.
 

Campus Rating
The campus so far is great in New Horizon College of Engineering. We have upcoming fest where famous figure Badshah is coming to our college. Its participants are from all around from Karnataka. I am very much excited for the event.

    Though this college is located in the most crowded areas of the Bangalore, it has good infrastructure built in the small area and it has beautiful gardens and a good cafeteria. The faculty out here are also very student friendly and teach very well. The crowd is also very good.     I chose this institute because it had a very good reputation, and I personally felt a very positive potential vibe. Due to its placement level standard. Others must come here for good placement, good facilities and study environment, good industrial training. Faculty, library, sports, events, etc. are good. Also, the other reasons for my enrollment were based on the experiences of the seniors and their sincere reviews upon the college's atmosphere. So, I recommend others to join here as well....
