I always wanted to go to an institute where developmental studies are good and as our country is still developing, there are various scopes in the development sector, agriculture, rural and tribal development. The institute will give you all necessary education which will give you the knowledge that can contribute to increasing the standard of living among the communities in rural areas. The institute has a vast campus with all the facilities that a student requires like labs, indoor outdoor games, etc. If you want to do something for the people so that they get better with time, then you must take admission here.

The eligibility to get admission here is that you must score minimum 50% marks from any recognised institute in 10th and 12th. After that you have to fill the form of the course you are interested in, then take an entrance exam and after qualifying the examination, you have to appear for the interview round. There are seats reserved for SC, ST, OBC and general. The course contains modules, each semester you have to study 5 or 6 modules / subjects. The course includes subjects like, anthropology, Rural tribal demography, basic agriculture, advanced horticulture, etc. You have to give a thesis in your last semester.

All the faculties have Ph.D degrees, they are very good at teaching, and they also solve all our doubts. One basic difference among teachers is their way of teaching and how a student is grasping their methods. Yes, there are some difficulties in understanding certain topics but if you are sincere and hardworking, you can understand the concept easily.

Yes, there are Placements every year and it mainly starts from January and goes until the semester ends and sometimes goes till mid-august. Students get placements before the final exams which are conducted in June, after completing their exam they can join their respective organizations. Yes, the Placement Cell is very effective as it invites the company and helps us to prepare for the interview.

Yes, there is a hostel facility with good infrastructure. Students residing in the hostel have all the facilities like, clean water and spacious rooms. All the students are disciplined.

The institute has all the amenities which are required by a student for his overall development. The classrooms are spacious and have well-equipped labs for thesis and other experiments. There is a big library as well. The campus is peaceful and vast and has a scenic view. It is well-maintained and sanitized. Overall, the infrastructure is very good.

The campus life is normal. After attending classes, you can utilize your free period by playing indoor games or you can go to the library to read various books to enhance your knowledge. There are various seminars with highly qualified guests, annual day, sports day, youth day, yoga day organised in the campus. Overall, a good campus life with a simple lifestyle.
