My Views About Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology

Overall Rating
Our institute conducts a separate exam for the students who are interested to be admitted and there is no specific reason to get admission in this institute. I just wanted to pursue my diploma from good institute. It is my first semester and I am enjoying after coming here.
 

Academics Rating
Here I am doing Diploma in Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology. In Diploma, there are many branches available. I have chosen Electrical Engineering, which is considered as best branch of the institute. The eligibility for admission is to pass entrance exam. In addition, category wise reservation is given in during counseling.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty provided to the students in the institute is superb. All the faculty members are well educated with different achievements and specification. They all have very good teaching skills we all understand their teaching. They are always available to help the students in any queries.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell in Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology. The cell helps students about which branch should be chosen. Well I am in the 1st semester so, I do not know much about it.
 

Hostel Rating
Institute also provides government funded hostel to the students but I did not get one.
 

Infrastructure Rating
My institute's building is too old that why there is a lot of renovation needed. Cleanliness of the whole campus needs to be taken care. However, all the facilities are available for students to study well.
 

Campus Rating
There are around 13 branches for each year student. Each class has average strength of 70 students. Therefore, there are almost 3000 students in Diploma division. Each branch has its own society. All the fests and functions are celebrated by the society with students of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year.

    The institute is best for Diploma. I paid about 58k-63k fees per year and additional exam fees later added before semester exam. This is not very expensive. No ragging here, I haven't seen any kind of ragging here in fact seniors are very gentle and supportive. If you are opting for diploma then it is best for you. Degree is not good as diploma....
