Roots of one of the best colleges for BBA and B.COM courses in Hyderabad.

Overall Rating
Roots is a good college with nice infrastructure like AC rooms, canteen, auditorium, etc. You can enjoy your college life to the fullest if you are an extrovert. The management is also so friendly and not that strict. The faculty is experienced with good teaching skills. The classrooms are nice. Canteen is average. Overall it offers everything and is a nice college.
 

Academics Rating
The courses available in Roots are BA, BBA, BBA BA, B.Com General, B.Com Computers, and B.Sc Data Science. The entry requirement is that you should have completed 10+2. The eligibility criteria are different for different courses. All the courses are taught and additional help is always available from lecturers any time.
 

Faculty Rating
All of the faculties are well experienced and they teach very well. All of them did their Ph.D's in relevant subjects. Their teaching styles are different from each other. They are all interactive and project-oriented. Lecturers give assignments and home works. There is one on one explanation if we don't understand anything.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, Roots has a placement cell that has placed many students in different companies. For B.Sc Data Science it could not help much but I've seen many people from BBA and B.Com got placed in internships and jobs. We have a Whatsapp group in which all the job and Internship opportunities are posted. The average salary package is 4-6 lakhs per annum.
 

Hostel Rating
Unfortunately, there is no hostel facility in Roots College.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Roots College is affiliated to Osmania University, and it follows books prescribed by OU. Roots have a college building with great good infrastructure. It has AC classrooms, washrooms, a Canteen, an Auditorium, a Computer lab, and library. Roots also have amenities like drinking water facility, lift facility and parking facility. The building is right next to Peddama Gudi metro station.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is great. The crowd is all young, energetic, and modern. There's always one or the other event going on in our college. Roots College has many clubs like Theatre and Drama, Toastmasters Club, Sports Club, Literary Club, Cultural and Business club, etc. There are inter and intra college fests happening and we get to meet folks from other colleges. The Fresher's party is the highlight of the fests in Roots college.
