I still remember the day I felt hopeless with no options left, except being waitlisted at a few colleges, including XIME. I prayed hard to get in and was overjoyed when I received my offer just four days before the inauguration. I didn't even take a minute to decide whether I'm shifting too far from home to Kochi. It's been six months since I got into XIME and I'm glad that I made that decision. The opportunities here are endless. Apart from competitive peers, Harvard case studies, and industry exposure, you'll get to participate in lot of outside events, competitions and management fests. XIME through its curriculum and great faculty support bring a great learning and transformative environment.

XIME has three branches, the main one is in Bangalore, and others are in Kochi and Chennai. The same curriculum is followed across the three campuses. The college offers various specializations such as finance, marketing, HR, Business Analytics and Operations. To know the eligibility criteria just visit their official website. Typically, you require at least 55% marks in Graduation and the exams that are accepted here include CAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. No doubt XIME has established itself as a good B School brand.

In terms of faculties, the college has average faculties. Some faculties are no doubt really exceptional. Although the teachers have good personalities and are very good and supportive. In terms of personal mentoring and assistance, they truly stand out. Finance faculties are somewhat good as compared to others. Many belong from various corporate industries and years of experience.

Placement is something that puts XIME stand apart from other colleges. They have a centralized placement process across all three campuses. The only disadvantage for Kochi and Chennai students is that they have to travel to Bangalore campus for placements process and interviews. Sometimes they need to visit more than 15 times which makes it really tough and hectic for them. The college tries really hard to get students placed. The average package of XIME of Bangalore and Kochi campus varies around 10 LPA and around 9 LPA for Chennai campus with good number of opportunities in finance, marketing and HR. Before placements, they also conduct various training programs and help students to cut through the interview processes. The highest placement recorded is 16 LPA. Their placement record is well maintained at around 98%.

The college has good accommodation facilities. They have separate hostels for boys and girls which consist of well-maintained and good spacious rooms. From this year they also transformed their guest house to accommodate more students. Both boys and girls' hostels have indoor games and a lot of extracurricular activities. The college also has a lot of sports facilities. For boys, they can play whenever they want including staying up till late night, but girls have the restriction to play after 9:00 PM. They are not even allowed to leave their hostel after 9:00 PM.

As the college offers only a PGDM course, there is only one circular building with a central lawn in the middle. In terms of infrastructure, the college has appropriate infrastructure for the students to spend two years and be involved in all kinds of activities. They have various sports facilities such as basketball, cricket, badminton, football and various indoor games. They have one guest house and two separate hostel buildings for boys and girls. They have a well dedicated library with a good number of books and all kinds of other facilities including digital access, etc. Talking about mess, they are well maintained with proper hygiene. The mess food is really good as compared to other colleges.

The college provides a lot of opportunities both outside and inside. We have various active clubs and committees, and it is mandatory for every club to conduct an event once a week which is something that lets students engage and interact with each other. You will hardly find any time where you're getting bored. Outside the college, in Kerala there are lots of competitions, fests take place in which students can take part to improve their CV and help with placements. This year the batch size increased from 120 to 150 which consisted of students from across 22 states of the country. This shows a great diversity in the campus.
