My experience at this College

Overall Rating
I am doing my B.Tech in CSE branch from this college. The curriculum of college is very nice and easy to understand. Faculties are also good but except programming faculty. HOSTELS are very good and they are also very much equipped and are clean. Mess food is very nice as compared to other college’s hostel mess. Overall it is a nice college in B.Tech with all the freedom needed in a college.
 

Academics Rating
I am B.Tech CSE 2024-2028 student of JKLU. Actually I got 91 percentile in my JEE Main exam and I was not able clear my main cut-off. My parents were not ready to send me to any other private college outside. The Eligibility criterion to get into the college is 75 marks in math and as it is a private college there is no such requirement. People also get good scholarship on the basis of performance in college.
The semester fee of the college is Rs. 1,40,000 and transport charges are Rs. 25,000 for the semester.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of our courses are all well qualified and also they have good understanding. All teachers are majorly Ph.D holders and also have done doctorate in their subjective courses. Most of them have good experience in teaching field. All teachers teach through PPT’s and smart boards. Teacher student ratio is also good. MY personal bonding with my teachers is very good and I like all my faculty members.
 

Placement Rating
Placement is decent and the average package offered is 10 lakh for B.Tech.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are very well furnished and equipped. They are cleaned on a daily basis.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The size of the campus is big which means it has all the required things in the campus. Main thing that I feel that it should have an auditorium too. The Labs are very well equipped and all the necessary items are present in the labs. Security of the college is also very good. Sports equipment's are all available and you should have potential to use it. My favorite place is library.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is nice as the college gate remains open till 10 pm and hostel gate are open till 2 pm. This makes me feel nice itself. There are many clubs in the college like Robotics, Technical, Natak, Music, Dance, Astronomy, Literary, Media, Social Media, Finance, Photography, etc. Basically two fests happen every year that are Sabrang, our annual fest and one tech fest.

    This university in Jaipur is one of the best considering all the key points that one should have in their mind before joining the university. The crowd here is very limited. The teaching style and curriculum is also very good as compared to top government universities in India. It also offers a semester exchange program in which a student can go to certain IITs, IIITs, GFTIs, etc. where they can study for a semester and can get a great exposure of what is happening around.     I have chosen this university because of the faculty which is well qualified form IIT’s and their teaching method is good. Then infrastructure is also good compared from other colleges and the environment is peaceful. The college events are good but not as good as other universities as its cultural event was not that good.     JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU) is a good University as it has a semester exchange program which gives opportunity to the students to go to different IIT, NIT and BITS for the semester if they maintain a proper CGPA during their semester. The professors are all from different IIT and have a great experience and also support for the students. The best thing that I like the most was AARAMBH (orientation program of our University).
