Adani University's Off-Campus Hostel Options

My overall experience till now has been great, though my expectations were a little higher. My reason to choose this university over other great universities in my locality was that I was getting to pursue the branch which I wanted to opt which is Information and Communication Technology. Also, Adani University is very reputed and known brand which gave me a sense of trust for this university. A thing that makes Adani University standout from other private universities is its coding culture. There is a coding club which organizes various events and teaches students various programming languages along with data structure and algorithms.

I am currently a student of 1st year, pursuing my B.Tech degree in the branch of Information and Communication Technology. My motive for enrolling in this course was that I was very passionate and wanted to gain knowledge and expertise in the field of technology. I took admissions through my Joint Entrance Exam (Mains) score. The eligibility criteria for opting Information and Communication Technology branch is that your Joint Entrance Exam (Mains) score should be around 92 percentile. There are total 8 semesters in the 4 years.

The fees of my course are around Rs. 1,80,000 per year. The admission fee is around Rs. 10,000. There is also an exam fee which is to be paid for appearing in the exam. The exam fees to be paid are around Rs. 3,500 before per exam.

Faculties at Adani University are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly which makes them approachable for students. Most of the teachers have Ph.D degree, and almost all of them have completed their masters in their respective field. Teachers usually teach with the help of power point presentations in most of the classes. The teacher-student ratio is around 30:70. I am very close to all my faculty members. They are very considerate about children's doubt and try their best to solve it.

The placement cell in Adani University provides many internships and industry based projects for 3rd and 4th year students which helps them to understand the working of companies and provides them experience which is beneficial for their career opportunities. The highest package offered in my course is around 42 lakh per annum and the average package is around 3-4 lakh per annum.

There is no Hostel in the campus. However, there are many hostels which have tie-up with the university.

Our campus is really small and has a mediocre infrastructure. The classrooms are well furnished with AC aids and have projectors for teaching. Our university canteen is my favorite place to hangout during free periods. Our university also possesses a triangular garden where all the students play cricket, volleyball and football. Our university also contains labs such as Basic Electronics lab, Professional Communication lab and Basic Electrical Engineering lab. Our university also possesses two libraries containing around hundreds of books.

The campus life is quite fun and enjoyable. Our seniors are really friendly and helpful. Also my colleagues are very generous. All this factors create a very positive environment in the university. There are many active clubs in our university such as dance club, music club and drama club. Our university conducts a fest every year named ASPIRE which includes all cultural events and sports activities. The prominent festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri are celebrated with lot of enthusiasm in our university.
