Overall Rating
SDM Bangalore is a very good Institute for academics. The Institute gives more importance to academics than any other activity. Faculties here are well educated. Classroom are well furnished. There is a good library for academics. They will train by conducting many tests and periodic assessment as per NCISM rules and regulations. 3 term tests are held for 100 marks. Period assessment for 15 marks and viva will be conducted for each term exam.
 

Academics Rating
As I am currently doing BAMS in Bangalore, SDM Institute of Ayurveda and hospital, you need to crack NEET examination and only then you will get seat in Ayurvedic Institute. Admission process: Admission is done on the basis of 12th score. It must be under minimum eligibility marks to get seat in Institute. Seats are allotted to the students based on KEA counseling. There are 3 rounds of admission in counseling where the last round is mop up round.
As I am from government quota, I have to pay around Rs. 90,000 and for management quota the fee is Rs. 4,00,000. The fee for NRI quota is Rs. 6,00,000. Here the development fee is Rs. 15,000, lab fee is Rs. 3,000 and registration form fee is around Rs. 1,500. As I am from Karnataka so, state government provides SSP scholarship and our Institute provides scholarship of around Rs. 10,000 based on merit list.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are good. They resolve our doubts in between class hours and after class hours too. Suppose if someone is hesitant to ask doubts in front all students than they can ask doubts after class hours. They will clarify all your doubts. Background of our teachers is good. The classrooms are well furnished with table, chairs, benches, smart board, facilities etc. In our class teacher student interaction is too good. They understand each simple and silly doubts of students.
 

Placement Rating
As I am from medical Institute, Ayurveda Institute, the placement of job and opportunity are too good. The students can be placed in different hospitals based on practical experience. The students can also practice after class hours. After completion of course they can open their own clinic and earn good amount of income.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel rooms are too good. There are 3 types of hostel rooms that are triple sharing rooms, double sharing and single sharing. The fee for 3 sharing is around Rs. 35,000 for 2 sharing Rs. 37,000 and for single sharing it is Rs. 40,000. Girls and Boys hostels are separate and warden is too strict. Hostel timings: On Sunday outing time is morning 6 to evening 6 within that time we only have to report in the hostel at the right time otherwise strict actions will be taken by our warden. Hostel friends are too good so we can do group studies.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus has too good. The environment is too peaceful and calm. The facilities provided are classrooms, library, digital library, seminar hall, examination hall, etc. There is a canteen where both students and patients food is provided at affordable price. We can eat whatever we want. Sports room is also there. We can play table tennis, carom, chess games, etc. Security facility is too strict so no other unknown member can enter our Institute campus. To be honest this is a good campus and good hostel in terms of girls safety.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus is too good. We can walk in morning hours in our Institute. Sports day, cultural day, and other events are held yearly where we can participate and can enjoy all the events with full Josh. In cultural events dance performance, singing performances are held. On sports day all the sports matches are conducted like cricket, kabaddi, football, volleyball, ball matches, etc. We also celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi, Sankranti festival, Holi, etc.

    SDMIAH Bangalore is wonderful and has best infrastructure. I chose Ayurveda because it was my passion to be a doctor. I chose institute because it has so much of patient flow and good facilities. The thing, which stands out, is the teachers of well experienced, the infrastructure is so amazing, and the patients are more in number.
