CVR College of Engineering: Fees, Faculty, and More

My experience at CVR College of Engineering is normal and average. I don't have any much good experience. The factors that made me choose this college is that I got a seat in this college by writing EAMCET exam so this college was allotted to me. I think the strictness in the college is more as compared to other colleges. There are many courses offered in this college and the environment of the college is very good.

I chose computer science and business systems course (CSBS) at CVR College of Engineering because I was allotted this course and I was interested in computer science and business side. It would be easy to pursue MBA after doing bachelor's in technology in computer science and business systems (CSBS).

The fee of my course at CVR College of Engineering is around Rs. 6,00,000 and its yearly fee is around Rs. 1,50,000. The exam fee and supplementary fees are excluded. The SC/ST students get many scholarships, reservation and other people get their respective fees reimbursement.

The faculty members at CVR College of Engineering are average at teaching. I mean some faculties are good at teaching and friendly but, mostly all the faculties are strict and not so good at teaching. We should rely on self learning and teaching methods are PPT’s along with blackboard. Some group discussions are also conducted in business communications. The problem solving abilities of some faculties are good. The teacher student ratio is around 1:64. Some of the faculty members are open for doubt clarifications and are friendly and helpful every time.

The campus’s academic blocks are well established and well planned. The campus size is big. The classrooms are adjustable but not so good and spacious according to me. There are audio-visual aids available and health centre is also present. The library is very spacious and well organized. The auditorium is not as per my expectations. The canteen is good and the food served is average. The ground is good and sports and infrastructure is good and neat too. The cricket ground is very big and football ground is also good.

My campus life of CVR College of Engineering has been amazing till now. The environment of the college is nice and the crowd is based on your particular branch. It's mostly good and many clubs and social clubs are present, including literary and debate club (ldc), many sports activities and extracurricular activities are held. ‘Ciencia’ is the biggest event of our college and it is very good. My experience is quite good in this campus. It's manageable to join my college and enjoy studies and other extracurricular activities and events, fests, etc. at the same time.
