Presidency College a British era institute

Overall Rating
Hi this is Vinodh S. I had pursued my BA economics degree in Presidency College at Chennai. My college was established in 1840. It is a very big arts and science college in Tamil Nadu. It is an autonomous college affiliated by Madras University. I got seat through sports quota in this college. In first year I joined Presidency College and stayed in Hostel. I am not a good scholar too so I make full concentration on NCC only. It was my best experience. Infrastructure coaching and other extracurricular activities are very good in my college.
 

Academics Rating
In the point of academics it was the best thing to be said as the student. I was not getting passed in my academics without joined in this college and I was the national achiever in NCC campaign. I got good marks at my academics with the help of well knowledgeable faculties. I got my degree with the only help of faculties with managing my NCC career.
 

Faculty Rating
I already mentioned about my faculties already they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They very punctual and 70 percentage of faculties are doctorates in my college. They are very punctual and helped me to manage my studies and my NCC campaigns together. They helped me to develop my knowledge on my major after the completion of degree.
 

Placement Rating
It is autonomous institution managed my Tamilnadu government. But it provided placements to IT related companies and other core related subjects. Faculties guide us to off campus interviews to work with our knowledge and try to study Government competitive examinations.
 

Hostel Rating
I was joined in welfare hostel on my time of study. College hostel also available in my college. In my welfare hostel food only problem otherwise very good accommodation were provided. There are college hostel for both boys and girls.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is a British period established college so infrastructure wise very good. Maintenance also better. In my department there is a separate credit should be given because it have good infrastructure. Stadium, auditorium canteen playground best transportation facilities are available in my college. It all done in low fees structure made by Tamilnadu government for poor students to achieve in their life.
 

Campus Rating
The best experience I had got in my life because I fulfilled my dream achievement and both my studies in my college. Now I made service for Indian army about 2 and half years. And I got good supporting friends and faculties to develop my knowledge and my career too. My campus life fulfilled with my friends and faculties. I finished my degree with enjoyment.

    It has been the most memorable experience of my life. I graduated from Presidency College, Chennai, in the arts. There were around five specializations in Arts, and students could choose any. The online application process was not available at Presidency College at our time. One has to apply in an old-fashioned way, and then the cut-off list is out.
