Fee Structure and Scholarships at SRIMT Lucknow

In SRIMT Lucknow, we have freedom to choose any other clubs to explore our passion. You meet people from diverse background. An environment of this institute in terms of enhancing technical terms with flexible limits forced me to choose this particular institute in technical terms.

I prefer to read Civil Engineering course from Bachelor of Technology from this institute. Civil Engineering is very old branch of our country tends it to be more successful branch in terms of placement & jobs. Eligibility to admit in this course is you have to combination PCM in 12th. First, you have a clear an entrance exam of CUET. Then you have to pass the process of counseling to register in institute for respective course. There are total 8 semesters in 4-year course. Semester exam will be twice a year.

A fee varies according to the course. In year 2018, the fee of Civil Engineering was almost Rs. 70,000 in a year including tuition fee, admission fee, and all other charges. Special discount quota is for SC/ST students. Any a scholarship scheme will be available for all categories students by the government of state. Amount will vary according to the student’s category but lies between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 80,000.

The faculty members are professional in their respective fields. All the teachers have been assistant professor in Abdul Kalam Technical University. They use white boards and PPTs in classroom for preparation and understanding of subjects. They use practicals along with theory of respective subject of a course. Their problem tackling technical is excellent. The teacher to student ratio is almost 1:40. The bond of student & teacher is very good. They solve their problem with adaptable technical terms.

A job fair is held every year in the institute where placement occurs every year. Renowned companies such as TCS, Wipro, cognizant, L&T, Gülermak, Afcons, etc. visit institute to place students at good position and decent package.

Campus' academic blocks are in alphabetical orders according to respective courses and respective years. All the blocks are 3 to 4 storied buildings. Campus of institute is very huge including academic blocks, hostels, canteen, mess, playgrounds, etc. Locality of institute is decent. Institute having a huge library, 10 to 15 labs of respective courses, and a seminar hall. For cultural fest, there is an auditorium. Medical & transport facilities are good in terms of time saving with their best team. My academic experience is very good because it helps me to understand lifelong examples of the technicalities of subjects and courses.

My overall experience was memorable due to academic studies, cultural fests, sports events, job fairs, fresher parties, farewell parties etc. Institute crowd is decent in terms of bonding and chemistry. Sports fest, engineer’s day celebrations, theaters, etc. are there in terms of extracurricular activities.
