GLBITM Greater Noida Offers Holistic Development

Overall Rating
My search for a better institute ended at GLBITM Greater Noida. Overall, I will start with academics, as I had a word with nearly 10 to12 university’s students but this institute’s students echoed one voice, when it came to academics. Hence, I didn't waste any time, as my entrance score and even the 12th board’s marks were sufficient enough to secure my admissions here. Campus is little smaller than the others but over GL Bajaj Group campuses and institutes are among one of the best, as academics and placement wise they can be singled out when compared among other private institutes.
 

Academics Rating
Engineering is a different course and you have to be ready for skill learning as soon as you chose to enroll for this. It's our institute that doesn’t just make us learn the coding languages & all but also Machine Learning and AI has also been included in our course. Our academics are challenging because we have more practical classes and our project marks account for nearly 40% of the total marks. Academic structure here is the main reason why our institute has produced such great engineers. I am happy with the academic curriculum here.
My course fee is Rs. 1,50,000 per year. With the facilities it provides, the fee is reasonable.
 

Faculty Rating
I am very impressed with my institute faculties, as Engineering journey as a whole is not easy and then handling students who are pursuing Engineering is even tougher. However, I have never seen my faculty members panic or running away from the situation. So, if there is something which is out of the ordinary then that is our faculties for sure. Contemporary courses like Computer Science require contemporary skills and teaching methods, our faculties are blessed with that and that is why they are so adorable. GLBITM Greater Noida’s management has done a really good work in recruiting such excellent faculties.
 

Placement Rating
Our institute has a placement cell, which is really good. I agree other departments don't enjoy the same leverage like us but for CSE, placements are sorted at GLBITM Greater Noida. LTI, Hexaware, Mindtree, and likewise dozens of IT companies are here for placements.
 

Hostel Rating
The institute provides hostel facilities. I stayed at the hostel only during my 1st year and then relocated to a PG nearby, as hostel was fantastic but food was below par. Also, curfew timings and all were unmanageable. But for those who can manage, hostels aren't a bad choice to stay for the outsiders like me.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our institute building is the most advanced and equipped one. Labs are on the 7th floor and 9th floor, which are also well equipped. Library is on the 2nd floor. Classrooms are on the 4th floor. For somebody who comes from a village, I won't say I was not fascinated by infrastructure of some of the other institutes but GLBITM Greater Noida is also good enough, as academic blocks are good. Hostel is fantastic and other things like the sports facilities, seminar halls, and canteens are decent enough as well.
 

Campus Rating
The recent event that was celebrated at our institute campus was ‘Holiutsav’. Mind you, it was mind blowing event, as DJ were called upon and the entire ground was left free for us to play Holi as long as we wanted. Just before that, we had our annual fest ‘Cultural Fiesta’. So, events are organized regularly and thereby we get much needed breaks. After two years in institute, all I can say is, if a good campus life is not offered by a institute, it can be very boring.

    Overall College is good and has a supportive environment. All the teachers are very helpful and every doubt that the students have is cleared out. They also have good sporting status and amazing events are conducted to upgrade our skills.     My experience in the G.L Bajaj Institute is very good as the facilities provided by them to all the students are very good. The teachers are very helpful and in fact there is a friendly behavior between the teachers and students.     Till now I have not faced any problems. I feel GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida is very well discipline compared to other Institutes. People here actually want to learn and grow & there is a healthy competition in here. The training and placement department is highly supportive and well versed with the market.     Academics at GLBITM Greater Noida are tremendous and because of that, everything looks perfectly in order. To me, academics are often barometer to gauge the institute or a university and that is why our institute is rated so highly. Institute has its buses; that makes it easy for us to commute as I am from Delhi and coming to institute daily by changing metros and then pulling a bus would not have been easy.... Read Full Review
