All About SIET Hyderabad: From Admission to Activities

Overall Rating
Siddhartha Institute of Engineering and Technology is a good institute, which is covered with greenery. I joined in this institute because of my senior gave me a referral to join in it, so I did not visited any other institute. The faculty is very friendly with the students and they gave suggestions what to do in the free time. For example, they guide students to do internships and gain experience. The institute provides hostel facilities who are from outstation.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen the course Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. Students who are seeking to get admission, my suggestion is to join in this branch because these days, Artificial Intelligence plays a vital role. For entry requirements, students must need to qualify the EAPCET. For admission here: after completion of the counseling, we need to choose the institute in the selection process. If you are selected, you need to pay the admission fee through online to conform your slot.
Fee is Rs. 10,000 per admission, Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per tuition fee. There are scholarships based on your category as well as your marks.
 

Faculty Rating
This institute has experienced faculty. In addition, some of them have doctorate. Some teachers are using blackboards. They help us in challenging situations, which are facing during the lab practicals. The ratio is 10:1. My faculty is friendly with students. Notes are also provided.
 

Placement Rating
It provides placements for us and some students are placed in placements. It has improved a lot during past few years. The cell conducts group discussions and personal interviews during placements. Average package of 4 LPA and highest package of 10 LPA to 12 LPA is provided during the placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, it offers hostels. Each room has occupancy of 5, 6, or 10 students. Girls and boys have separate hostels. Hostel fee is Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is having 3 blocks for academics and have rectangle like structured. Campus occupies around 10 acres. Coming to classroom, it has the capacity for 60 to 70 students and a projector is placed in each class. Institute has a seminar hall to conduct meetings. It has several labs to do practicals. A library is placed in main block of the institute. A canteen is placed in institute. It has a cricket ground for students. My favorite place is library.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is very incredible. The crowd is medium in this institute. During festival and activities, the crowd is very high. There are several clubs, but I was not part of any club. The institute organizes different type of events such as annual days, tech fest, traditional day, etc. The institute also organizes activities like hackathons and sports.

    I belong to a middle class family and we don’t have much of money to pay the fee of top Institution. It is an Autonomous Institute and it provides best education and have experience faculty. This is a co-ed Institute. It offers various Undergraduate and Postgraduate course to the students.     SIET Hyderabad is mostly good for the students who want to pursue B.Tech degree but unable to afford because of their financial status as this is accepting the students who are still having a low rank in EAMCET. My rank was 65k and I still got a seat in CSE (AI-ML).... Read Full Review
