The overall experience of Bahra University is moderate and the study environment here is very cheerful and fun. This University is known for its location as it sits directly in the mother nature surrounded by the lush green mountains and the faculty of this University is overall good and helps the students in any possible way, the teaching staff here is also very friendly and very polite and are always comes forward to solve the issues of students.

The curriculum here is a bit old but right now the University is trying new methods of teaching and making the students industry ready. The eligibility criteria for this University are by whether direct admission or underlined exams. They also offer scholarship for the students on different criteria like Army scholarship and students who have single parent. The exams here are held once in a month and other class tests during the classes. The academics here prepare the students for a better tomorrow and make them industry ready.

The fees structure for B.Tech CSE here is Rs. 65, 000/- per semester and if you comes under any scholarship criteria you may have a part concession in fees for you.

The faculty members here are very good friendly. Both the teaching and non-teaching staff here helps the students in every way possible. Some of the teachers here are Ph.D holders and past NIT alumni. The method of teaching here is highly advanced like PPTs and projectors. The problem solving abilities of the faculty is average. The teachers to the students ratio here is 1:50

The placement cell of this University is average. The average package of my course is 8 LPA to 9 LPA and the highest package is 25 LPA. The companies like Microsoft, Wipro, Amazon and Google hire candidates from this University. The placement experience here is overall good.

This University also offers hostel facilities for the accommodation of the students. The hostel facilities here are overall good, they provide Wi-Fi, geysers, 24/7 water & electricity and bed, etc. There are mainly 3 boy’s hostel buildings and the 2 buildings having roughly 40 rooms each and in one building there are about 80 rooms. The cleaners come every Saturday in the hostel that cleans the rooms and the hygiene is not compromised. The food quality is average. The mess provides 4 time meal system which include snacks too. The overall fees of the hostel with mess and other facilities are around Rs. 47,500/- per semester. The hostel students are only allowed to be outside the hostel till 9:00 pm.

The infrastructure here is overall moderate and campus provides facilities like library and various kinds of labs. There is also one dispensary and one animal dispensary. The campus also provides the facilities of gymnasium and also has ground which has Basketball and mini Football court. The transportation facilities are also available for the students.

Campus life here is overall good the campus most of the time is crowded and it also has various clubs like singing club, quiz club, sports club etc. Many events organised here within the span of 2-3 months, they also hosts fresher’s party and farewell party for the new and the students completing their courses. There is also an annual fest held here called techno fest which lasts for 2 days.
