75% Attendance is Mandatory at SKIT Jaipur

Overall Rating
My overall experience at SKIT Jaipur is excellent. Many factors made me choose this particular institute including its good environment. The institute gives me lot of opportunities to enhance my skills. This institute is different from the other because of it study environment. Students are very much disciplined. The Institute rules are very much strict for attendance policy that that every student should have at least if 75% attendance.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence. The Institute required around 90 percentile in JEE Main or about 95 percentage in class 12th board exam and a minimum requirement of 45 percentage in class in PCM. Anyone can take admission through REAP counseling. It is difficult to manage the academic pressure but on can manage by studying about 2 to 3 hours per day.
The fee of my chosen course for per year is about Rs. 17,000/-, because I am a student of TFWS seat, which is a government-funded seat. My registration fee is around Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 7500/- if the Institute's caution money deposit. I have an special discount the basis good score in the entrance exam.
 

Faculty Rating
Our faculties are outstanding many are from IITs and NITs. The faculties are well experienced and almost everyone has pursued Ph.D and M.Tech. They teach us on blackboards. They solve our each doubt outside the classroom after the class overed. The student to teacher ratio is also better. We have a best experience and bonding with the faculty members.
 

Placement Rating
SKIT Jaipur provides a very good placement opportunities. Companies like TCS, Infosys, cognizant are major recruiters. About 80 to 90% students are placed on campus and many students opted off campus placement. Other renowned companies such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Watch Guard, etc. also offer placements. You can get placement based on your skills.
 

Hostel Rating
The Institute provides residential facilities. There are about 40 rooms in single occupancy. There are 2 boys’ and 1 girls’ hostel. Mess is of average quality. Hostel fee is about Rs. 1,14,000/- per annum. Hostels have very strict rules and 10 PM is the closing time.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is decent and well utilized and SKIT Jaipur is built in about 13 acres with a very good greenery in campus. Academic facilities like library, labs, seminar hall, auditorium and conference hall are also very much furnished. Classroom is of around 60 students’ capacity. There is also a canteen in the Institute. Medical facilities are provided. There are buses for students’ convenience. My favorite place is the garden of the Institute.
 

Campus Rating
My overall experience and campus life at the Institute is very good from my expectations.
The Institute is little crowded because many students take admission here. There are about 1200 students of tech related branches. There are many clubs in the Institute. I am not the part of any club.

Factors that made me choose it were good infrastructure, good teachers, discipline, and many more.     I had a lot of options near me but I chose SKIT Jaipur because of its discipline and great infrastructure. My experience in this institute is pretty good. There is no place for ragging here.
