DRNGPASC Coimbatore Offers Good Hostel Facilities to the Students

Overall Rating
Before taking admission here, Ihave explored all the options and then I chose this College. Since, I am from a village nearby and my parents didn't want me to stay much so I took admission in this College. It offers good accommodation facilities and the academics here is also good. Our college is affiliated to Bharathiar University Coimbatore.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Com. This College also provides value added courses as well. The students have to attend 6 lectures daily and they are required to maintain a certain percentage of attendance. If the students failed to do so then a subtle warning will be given once. The College conducts tests after every 15 days. They are usually conducted in the evening after the classes. Overall, the academics of this College are good as compared to other Colleges.
The fee of my course is Rs. 1,00,000/- per year. The hostel fee gets increases every year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of DRNGPASC Coimbatore mostly belong form Tamil Nadu. So, there is a little bit of language barrier. Although they use English language to teach the students. They have good experience in their respective field. They solve all the doubts of the students on weekly basis. They teach the concepts very well and make sure that the students have understood the topic. After that, they move to the next chapter.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. In my department, most of the placements are related to either the manufacturing industries or IT department.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers residential facilities to the students. The girls’ hostel has 3 building and each building consists of 4 floors. There are around 40 to 50 rooms on each floor. The rooms are mostly available in double and triple occupancy. There are two messes which serves vegetarian meals to the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of DRNGPASC Coimbatore is amazing. It has several facilities which the students need such as canteen, etc. All the buildings are multi storey buildings and it has good accommodation capacity. Also, drainage feature of our campus has to be appreciated the most as Coimbatore experience extreme rain and our campus drainage is so well developed that water is off in a splash as soon as the rain stops. The College also offers sports facilities to the students. The campus also has separate common area for male and female students.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now in this College is good. It conducts a fun DJ night before the Diwali. Various competitions are also organised for the students such as Rangali, etc. The College conducts an annual fest called 'Melam'. This is my last year but I have enjoyed so much in this College. I have met many kind people here.
