Overall Rating
As I am going to pass out from this College in 2026. I took admission here in 2022. I chose it because of its reputation. The placements and the teaching pattern of this College are good. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The faculties and other staff members are helpful. They put a lot off efforts in the overall development of the students. It was established in 2006.
 

Academics Rating
I am a student of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. I chose this because I have an interest in automobile sector. You can take admission through several ways such as MHT-CET, spot round, and management quota. The admission process is not that complicated. The College conducts 5 exams in each semester in which 2 are major exams and rest of three are class tests. The syllabus is designed by the SPPU. The academics provide practical knowledge and will also prepare you for the real life challenges.
The total fee of my course is Rs. 57,522/-. This include tuition fee which is of Rs. 54,522/-. The students have to pay the examination fee of Rs. 3000/-. They also have to pay the additional fee which is of Rs. 8000/- at the time of admission only. The College does not provide any special discount to the students but the students can avail the scholarships offered by the Government.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of MMCOE Pune are well educated and they are highly experienced. The teachers have done Ph.D in their respective field. They teach us with the help of smart boards, projectors, PPTs, etc. The teacher to student ratio is 1:20. There is a mentor also for the group of 20 students. It is very easy to bond with the teachers, they all are very open minded. They solve doubts of the students during the academics hours only. Overall, the teachers are approachable.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell and it has dedicated team which provides training to the students. It helps in the overall growth of the students. Various companies visit the campus to hire the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, it provides hostel facilities to the students. There are separate hostels for both male and female students. Various facilities are available such as bed, cupboard, study table, etc. The mess is also there which provides good quality of food to the students. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,10,000/-. All the students are required to enter the hostel by 9:00 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of MMCOE Pune is good. There are two academic blocks. The campus has laboratories, libraries, auditorium, etc. Each classroom has the seating capacity of around 100 students. The canteen is also there which is located at the ground floor and serves variety of food at the affordable prices. The campus has sports facilities and gym as well. Apart from this, it has shopping complex, cafes, etc.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now is good. The College celebrates an annual fest named ‘Ensemble’ which is conducted in February for 7 days. There are several clubs which organise events for the students and also distribute prizes to the students who have won the competitions. I lived my College life to the fullest and I had a great time with my friends and the teachers so far.

    Overall, it's a college to choose. If your rank is around the cut off range of this college, you should definitely choose this college over other. Things I like about our college are academics, teaching and crowd of the college. Extracurricular activities and campus life is not good as compared to other college. Placement cell should be better.
