Amity University, Noida is Approved by UGC & MHRD

Doing Law from Amity University, Noida is like getting a degree with high values, preferences, choices, competitions, etc. You will get vast number of choices to choose from, students from all background with different goals of every student. One thing which I personally like about this University is the vast number of moot court competitions, debate competitions, and very more. You get to interact with ministers, top-class advocates, and judges through competitions. One thing, which differentiates this University from others, is the compulsion of doing Internship from the very first year itself, which in other Universitys is not mandatory.

I am doing B.A.LL.B (Hons.) which is the most chosen course by law students since B.A is somewhat linked with Law (Politics). To get enroll yourself with this course, you first need to give CLAT exam and fill the application form. It is also approved by UGC and MHRD.

For 1st semester, the fee is Rs. 1,97,500/- and fee for other semester ranges between Rs. 1,77,500/- to Rs. 2,16,500/-.

Faculty members are understandable, PGT/TGT graduates from top tier Law schools, helps in moot court competition, interactive sessions with every student. They make sure that no student is felt left out in class. Faculties ensure discipline, take sessions on time, help students with real life cases and assist in the same. They also give us PDFs, lecture notes timely. They explain sections through real life examples of courts, helps in writing research papers. Overall faculties and students relationship is good.

The placement centre of our University, which is CRC (Corporate Resource Centre), is very good in terms of placements.

There are two types of hostel rooms in Amity University, Noida. One which have ACs and cost around Rs. 168000/- and others which are Non- AC, having fee of Rs. 90,000/-. Hostel security fee is Rs. 15,000/- which is very safe and secure. Outing timings of students is also good. There are total of 5 messes with different kinds of foods. Mess food is hygienic.

The campus is academic bloc, administrative block, grounds, courts, canteen, and many other amenities which are needed to excel in academics. we have a departmental library. We also have 2 cafeterias and 1 big auditorium., library, laboratories, and seminar halls are there. Sports event are being organized every year from field games to indoor games too. There are computer labs.

If you want to enjoy your University life to the fullest with best faculties, opportunities, build your career, you must go for it. Youth fests are held every year around December where students can set-up their own stall, participate in fests with other University students make it very exportable. There are plenty of clubs for every department. I am part of several clubs like Verbum Bellum, which is responsible for conducting debate, moot court competitions, etc. There are plenty of language to choose from like Hindi, Spanish, French, etc.
