I Had Wonderful Experience at Heritage Law College Kolkata

Overall Rating
This College is Affiliated to University of Calcutta, Kolkata. The overall experience is great. Being a first generation Law student, I am very satisfied with the amenities. For me, it is one of the best Law Colleges. I would recommend other students to join this one for their higher studies.
 

Academics Rating
B.A.LL.B course is one of the most insightful programs in this College. The admission process is very simple, the people who are present the admission department is very helpful, and they literally helped me in every step while I was taking admission. Semester wise exams are conducted after every 6 month and those exams prepare you for life.
The fee of my course changes per year but as it is, private College it ranges from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are from Law backgrounds who give the student a plus point. In addition, the student to teacher bonding is very good here. The faculty members literally treat the students same and are always there to help them at anytime in academic. They are supportive & make you ready for moot courts and internships too.
 

Hostel Rating
The hotel facilities are great. They provide 4 meals in a day in the mess arena. You can take sharing rooms or choose to stay at flats. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and inside the campus only, so the students will hardly take 10 minutes to reach the classrooms. The boy and girl’s hotels are very separate. There are guards in the each wing and each hotel and if anybody the hotel, they have to give and ID at the entrance first.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Heritage Law College is inside the Heritage Group of Institutions. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned with projectors. In addition, the washrooms are also very neat and clean. We have huge library, which is only for the Law students, and there are varieties of books present there. The canteen consists of huge variety of food stating from 8 AM to 8 PM at night. One of my favorite places is the canteen and the basketball court.
 

Campus Rating
The College campus is really big and crowded to cause it contains of Group of Institutions. You can make friends from all the departments. Many extracurricular activities happen like cricket matches, moot courts, badminton match and many more. The Law College arranged many events like Teacher’s day, fresher’s, Agomoni, farewell, and many more. It feels great to study in one of the best College of Law and getting such great faculty makes life much better.
