Rungta Group of Institutions has Open Air Theatre where 5000+ Students can be Seated

My overall experience at Rungta Group of Institutions, Bhilai is amazing; I enjoyed my first year as I got amazing batchmates from several states with different level of knowledge. Now I'm happy at this campus and hope the upcoming year should go smooth with my career placement and jobs. At the moment, I'm preparing for a job in Cyber Security. This Institution gave me a platform to make incredible connections with industry professionals and it’s a good choice if you have a tight budget.

My academics are going amazing in this Institution and I’m glad I have cleared all my main semester exams.

Admission fee is Rs. 5,000/-, uniform fee is Rs. 3,500/-, and the tuition fee is Rs. 38,050/- so the overall fee is approximately Rs. 45,000/- per semester. Rungta Group of Institutions provides merit based scholarships for state toppers and if two siblings are studying together then the Institution offers half the charges for the second child. I got the CG Post Matric scholarship for Rs. 20,000/- per year and they also provide all kinds of scholarships like NSP. They also provide discounted fee for girl child.

Faculties are very supportive towards students, in not just academics but also in other aspects of life as well. If we talk about the educational background of teachers, they are qualified from reputed Colleges with good experience of teaching; they teach us by using board projectors and faculties give assignments to the students to understand the critical concepts of the respective subject. Their problem solving skills are good as well. Student-to-teacher ratio is 1:30 approximately. I personally have great bonding with my teachers, they all act a bit friendly and make us future ready.

I'm now in 3rd year and placements of the Institution are average and they have collaborated with Multiple MNCs. The placement cell also helps students in securing a job. Both renowned and other start-up companies visit our campus.

Honestly I'm not in campus hostel but Rungta Group of Institutions offers residential facilities. A huge hostel with a total capacity of 3000 students. And yes hostels are separate for both boys and girls. According to my hostel friends, food quality is decent. The hostel fee is Rs. 90,000/- for four occupancy rooms, Rs. 1,00,000/- for three occupancy, and Rs. 1,20,000/- for two occupancy rooms. Hostel is a bit strict with rules; also festivals are celebrated by hostellers here.

Institutions' infrastructure is nice; it consists of 6 blocks, categorised on the basis of various different departments. The location is Bhilai, Chhattisgarh which is an urban area. In the Institution, lecture halls have a seating capacity of 60-80 students with each having individual projectors with a board. It also includes an Open Air Theatre is with a seating capacity of 5000+ students and two seminar halls. A canteen and a cafeteria are also present in the campus and a laundry room. For sports, we have a volleyball court, two indoor badminton courts, a football ground and all equipment for indoor games like table tennis, chess, carrom, etc. Transport is also provided for the local students within 30 to 60 KMs radius of the Institution.

An annual event is organised called VYOM in the month of April generally which is held for a week where we enjoy with our batchmates. The crowed is approximately 5000 in number. We have about15+ clubs for each activity like for Cultural, Sports, Technical, Coding, etc. Students actively engage in club activities and personally I had a great experience. Apart from the annual fest, we also have multiple events every 3 months.
