SSIU Gandhinagar: Classrooms, Library and Faculties

Overall Rating
I am currently pursuing MBA at SSIU Gandhinagar. Our University promotes startups idea as we have Incubation Centre where you can present your ideas. University fully supports you to transform that idea into reality. There are many students who have their startups ideas ongoing and also the Incubation Centre supports the Start-up to grow more. Faculties are good and helpful. It was started in 2017 by GP Jain Charitable Trust.
 

Academics Rating
Faculties are good and helpful. The teaching style is focused more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. They provide relevant experience from working Industry. University organizes company visits for practical exposure which helps to gain the knowledge of industry. Professors are more focused on Case study based learning.
Fees Structure of my course is Rs. 7,00,000/- for 2 years excluding the development fees Rs. 20,000/- and examination fees. You can pay it with installments too.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties for my course are very highly educated, holding a PHD in their respective fields. Their main focused was on 30% theory knowledge and 70% practical knowledge. Faculty teaches us with real life examples and case study based learning also. They properly interact with the students. They have experiences from many Universities which help them to learn. Faculties are focused on role plays, less PPT teaching, they also organise the group discussions. They have good problem solving ability.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, SSIU Gandhinagar offers placements to the students. Placement Cell also known as Training and Placement Department which helps every student to build their soft skills and prepare them for the interview by weekly lectures from the respective faculties.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, they provide accommodations to the students. They provide hostel facilities with proper hygiene. They provide two types of rooms’ i.e. AC and non AC rooms. They have separate hostel for girls and boys. They provider quality food 3 meals per day. Hostel fees are approximately Rs. 1,30,000/-annually.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There is a separate blocks for different departments whereas students from other courses have their classes on their own separate blocks in the University. You can see a huge campus with playgrounds like Cricket ground, Badminton ground, and many more. They also have facilities for the indoor games. Classrooms are huge and maximum capacity of students is 60 which clearly depend on the rooms. We have Labs, Library, Conference Halls, and many more. My personal place in the University is Canteen because you can seat and eat there peacefully..
 

Campus Rating
Overall the campus life is very good. The crowd is also minimal because there are separate blocks for each field of study. To engage with other students, University organizes many activities. We have many fests and events in the college, recently celebrated Christmas in the campus with students giving gifts to each other. If I talk about my personal experience about the campus life then I'm fully satisfied with the University and it helps me in my professional growth.
