My overall experience in MIET Jammu is good. I am currently pursuing BBA.LL.B. The environment of campus is welcoming and exciting. The faculties are so engaging and helpful in any aspect. The campus is ragging free and the overall infrastructure is good. They have Moot Court room for practice. They organise events which are so engaging and well-planned. As School of Law is established in a short period of time and as of new this year, their first Law batch will be graduating. They provide an environment which balances both the traditional and modern techniques to maintain flexible and relevant Legal skills. The other factors can also be varied like the faculty, environment, seniors and many more. This Institute is autonomous which allows it to have more flexible and relevant curriculum.

The reason behind I choose this Institute was because of its Integrated program and also I have keen interest in Social Justice and Social Engineering. I was interested in the Management and Economics but after talking to the program manager my interest shifted and I decide to go for Law. The eligibility criteria is to have minimum 50% marks in 12 standard and the CUET criteria. The admission process is minimal and it requires a lot of documentation like Affidavit of anti-ragging and other stuff. They conduct exams as there are 2 session tests and one final examination. The overall academics are quite impressive. They also provide the scholarships for the meritorious students which facilitate every year top rankers with a certificate and a medal. This boosts the confidence and raise competitive spirit among students. They also motivate and encourage the students to participate in multiple Events and Competitions.

The approximate fee for my course is Rs. 94,700/- per year. They also provide the scholarships like Merit-Based scholarships, Single Girl Child, and Sports scholarships.

Faculties are helpful and friendly. They are super supportive and compassionate. All of them have strong professional and academic background. They have published their own various research papers and have strong knowledge about their respective fields. They ask for feedbacks and keep the class engaging by doing some activities in class. They used the diverse teaching methods such PPTs, class discussions, group activities, and case studies learning. The deep discussion and debate make the lectures even more interesting. They conduct the random case study test to check our analytical ability. They always try their best to help the students even if it is related to their personal problems. They always motivate students and encourage them. They help in projects and study related doubts.

Yes, they offer placements to the students. They have Placement Cell in our Institute. It has been successfully generating the employability for the students. It has been working hard to meet us with the standard needs. The students are benefitted from the paid courses, multiple training sessions, and many more.

The infrastructure is beautiful. The Academic Block is clean and full of vibe. The campus is surrounded with greenery which makes it so refreshing, beautiful and peaceful. The blocks are structured well and the classrooms are very comfortable. We have various courts such as Baseball, Basketball, and Football. It also has facilities for the indoor games. This Institute is having all the required halls and rooms for the Events. It has well equipped labs, libraries, and Canteens area. It provides all the facilities within the campus. My favorite thing to do is sitting near the Nescafe, which is surrounded with the trees.

My overall campus life in MIET Jammu is good. The Institute has clubs which are super interesting. I have participated in multiple clubs and being part of many events. It has active Social and Cultural life. They organise Cultural Events, Boot Camps, and Trekking for students. They conduct annual fest every year. The students are also very helping and supportive.
