Realistic View of TKRCET Hyderabad

Overall Rating
TKRCET Hyderabad has good infrastructure and good staff. The events are celebrated in an organized and fun manner. Moreover, the academics are great. This College is located in the middle of the city that makes travelling easier for the students. However, the placement drive is average. But if you want good infrastructure and good studies and can manage looking for jobs by yourself then this College is the best for you.
 

Academics Rating
It is a Private College that was started in 2002. I have chosen Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at TKRCET Hyderabad and since AI is growing, CSE is the best course for getting jobs easily in the future. You have to qualify the TS EAMCET to get admission. Overall, the academics are really good.
The annual fees of my course is Rs. 36,100/- after reimbursement. Admission fee was around Rs. 800/-. We have to pay the fee at the starting of each academic session.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very good. They explain everything clearly to the students. The faculty is well-educated and experienced in their fields. They use Blackboards and PPTs to teach the students. If any student has any doubt, faculty will clear their doubts personally. The teacher-student ratio is about one teacher for every 50 to 60 students. Students have good bonding with the faculty and they are always in interactive mood.
 

Placement Rating
The Placement Cell is somewhat average. In the past three years, placements are rare but if provided, they are of low packages.
 

Hostel Rating
The College has separate boys and girls hostel in the campus with high security. Hygienic, healthy, and homely food is provided to the students. The rooms are clean and are maintained by the wardens very neatly. Meals are provided 4 times a day including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Evening Snacks. Moreover, they provide milk, coffee, and tea during breakfast and evening snacks.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The TKR College of Engineering and Technology campus area is about 20 acres. There are separate Hostel blocks for boys and girls. There is a huge Cricket Ground and a Basketball Court in the campus. Moreover, there are other facilities such as huge Parking Area, 24/7 Security, Canteen, Gym, and Conference Hall. My favorite part is the Cricket Ground. It is maintained by the staff very carefully. The entire campus is very clean with trash bins at every corner.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is great. The campus has a huge crowd. There are different Clubs for sports, cultural activities, studies, events, etc. However, I am not a part of any Club. The different batches of courses have Hackathons, Technical Events, and Non-Technical Events. The College fests are held for three days which include Traditional Day, Main Event and lastly, Annual Day. My overall experience of the campus life is good.
