Sri Sairam Engineering College Chennai Review

Overall Rating
Due to the marks which I obtained in class 12. I came to know about this Sri Sairam Engineering College by my sister, joining in the same college 2 years before. The college has a fantastic infrastructure and they have been improving it year by year. It has the necessary infrastructure and the modern one to help students.
 

Academics Rating
I am in 2nd year mechanical. I just chose this course since I think that the mechanical industry will be in a boom in the upcoming years. The fees for counseling is 1 lakh and for consortium is 1.5 lakh. Students with good marks are always enrolled get admission in Sri Sairam Engineering College. Students are also given scholarships by the college management.
 

Faculty Rating
Quality of teaching is great. All the professors are really great. They help us both in studies as well as in non study related topics. They are really humble and always helpful. They really help us to choose the correct career path and also help us to strive for great success. The faculties are highly qualified.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell in our college and it functions really well. They train us from the 1st year for placement and our college ranks well in placement in Tamil Nadu.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility can be improved. The facilities are not enough. It must improve in every department because I find it just average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college has a fantastic infrastructure and also sports facilities. It has also a very good library environment. There are ample number of classroom and washroom for the students. It has the biggest auditorium in Tamil Nadu and many film festivals have been occurred there. It also contains well planned laboratories.
 

Campus Rating
Our institute's overall campus life is fantastic. There are n numbers of club activities in our college. We have also celebrated many fests at regular period of time. Our college gives equal importance to these non study events. We have also many organizations formed in our college to help and uplift the society.
