Admission in United University Prayagraj is Based on Scores of United University Admission Test (UUAT)

I have always thought Law is not just a profession but also a responsibility to protect and save rights of individuals. This always motivated me to choose Law. It helps to understand one's own rights. I always wanted to study where I would get opportunities and right education. I chose United because it provided me to bridge gap between theory and practice while preparing me for legal services. The institution is has peaceful environment.

I chose BBA.LL.B because program because it combines the study of management and Law. The subject includes accounting, finance, contract Law, company Law etc. generally, students must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board. Qualify through entrance exams such as United University Admission Test (UUAT), CLAT, CUET, etc. The admission process includes filling online application, submission of academic documents, document verification, and payment of fees. There are generally three exams in a semester, which are mid 1 and mid 2 at the end of each semester. It also includes assignments and presentation. The course also includes moot courts, legal aid cell, court visits, Internship with advocates, legal research and drafting, seminar and debates. Our University also organized national moot court competitions.

At the United University Prayagraj, the fee for the first year is Rs. 90,000/-. There are scholarships available for army, sports, and based on CUET scores & Class 12th.

The faculty members are well-qualified and educated. They have good communication skills as well as management skills. They hold degree in pg and doctoral in Law. The teacher use advance technology like PowerPoint (PPT), case study, classroom debates, seminars, and moot court exercises. Overall, the faculty members are good and try to instill ethics in students by encouraging them in active participation. The faculty is understanding and help when needed.

As the course is new here, I don't know much about the placement criteria. However, University provides legal internship opportunities under DLSA during summer break. As until now, no batch from 5 years course in graduated yet. University provides exposure practical knowledge, providing extra subject like professional proficiency.

The University provides a hostel for both girls and boys. There are two and three seater rooms, with AC and non-AC rooms. The mess provides four time meals, which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner. The campus also includes gym, running track, sports complex and music room. Hostel fee for two seater room is Rs. 90,000/- per annum and for 3 seater, it is Rs. 75,000/-. 24x7 Wi-Fi and laundry included in the yearly fees. A security guard is present at every gate. It was good experience living in a hostel, the warden is understanding.

The campus has a two-floored library with thousands of informative books. The University includes a big auditorium with hundreds students seating capacity. The University has different cafes like Be-Hungry & Khana Khazana. Law department includes moot court, Legal Aid Cell, smart rooms, and also classes have smart boards with centralised. There are also bus facilities for student residing in the city.

My campus life is good. The University has hundreds of students. There is NSS unit as well. The student get certificate upon completion on any of it. The University organises fest, which includes fun activities and cash prizes for students. It also organizes sports fests. All these are exciting and encourage students in career as well as life goals.
