VESP Mumbai From the Lens of a Pass Out Student

Overall Rating
I had a good experience during my Diploma at this Institute. I chose this Institute mainly because of its reputation, location, and overall learning environment. The teachers were supportive. At the Institute, there were good opportunities to take part in the technical as well as other Institute activities. The Institute also gives importance to practical learning along with regular studies. Campus life was enjoyable and I have good friends and memories.
 

Academics Rating
The academics were good and the course gave us a proper understanding of both theory and practical subjects. The admission process was straightforward and eligibility was similar to all the other Institutes. We had a regular lecture, practicals, and exams during the semester. The teachers generally explained the topics properly and were available when we had doubts. The practical sessions were especially useful because they helped us understand how the concepts work in real situations.
The fee structure is Rs. 97,000/- (yearly). The fees included the regular tuition and other applicable charges. There were also scholarship and fee concessions options available for eligible students as per the rules. I found the overall fee to be manageable.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty was one of the best parts of my experience at the Institute. Most of the teachers were knowledgeable and had good understanding of their subjects. They used regular classroom teaching along with PPTs and practicals and examples to explain topics. Whenever we had doubts, teachers were generally approachable and helped us understand the topics. Some teachers were strict about attendance and academics, but that was actually helpful in keeping students regular with their studies.
 

Placement Rating
The placement opportunities provided by the VESP Mumbai were decent. 4 LPA to 5 LPA is the average package of the Institute.
 

Hostel Rating
The Institute provides hostel facilities to the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the Vivekanand Education Society's Polytechnic Mumbai is good. The classrooms are decant and some even have ACs. All the labs have AC. the library is also useful and has books required for academics. There are facilities for sports and other activities as well. The location is also convenient. Overall, the infrastructure is good, although some facilities can still be improved.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life during my program duration was one of the things I enjoyed the most. The crowd was generally good and I got to meet the students from different branches. Apart from regular studies, the Institute conducts technical events, sports activities, and cultural programs. There are also other activities in which students can participate and show their skills. These events give students a break from academic and also help in making friend and improving communication and teamwork. Overall I have made a lot of good memories.
