Classrooms Present at The Assam Kaziranga University Jorhat are Fully Air Conditioned

My overall experience at my University is best. It has beautiful campus, supporting faculty, wonderful fests, festival celebration and placements. Since I was looking to pursue B.Tech CSE in my home state Assam only, which have campus, facilities, and hostel all in budget, all of my expectations were fulfilled so I decided to join this University. I would recommend joining other students joining this University because I believe I made a good decision of joining this University.

The course curriculum is updated & other activities like hands on lab session & seminars to upgrade your skills. Eligibility criteria is just that you need to have good percentage in previous examination. Admission process is not very tough. As for frequency of exams in a semester, in each semester, two sessional exams & exams are held. Academics prepared me for real-life challenges like how to handle situation and how finish my task on given time.

The fee of my course is to be paid in each semester. I also paid one-time admission and registration charges. There are no hidden charges. Here, there is various scholarship scheme like sports, defense, based on your class 12th marks, etc.

The faculty members at The Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat are experienced and well qualified. Method of teaching is whiteboard and PPTs. Their problem solving abilities is up to the mark as well. The teacher to student ratio 1:60 per section, which is good for us as teacher, gives attention every student. My experience and bonding with faculty members is good as they help to guide in both academic and carrier related doubts.

There are separate girl’s and boy’s hostels present at The Assam Kaziranga University Jorhat.

The campus is developed over 50 acres with academic buildings, cafeteria, shops, sports ground and much more. Campus is near to the Jorhat town so it is well connected with local transport system. The classrooms have whiteboard, projectors, and air-conditioned facilities. The campus also provide other education amenities like library with collection large number of books, magazines, different types of labs, seminar hall, and huge air conditioner auditorium. In addition, they are 2 canteens, large sports ground, medical room, transportation, security and 24*7 water and electricity. Both facilities and infrastructure made my academic experience better.

My overall campus life is best. The University is crowd is good. There are different type of clubs available in our campus. However, I have not taken part in anyone of the clubs. Here, many engagement activities are organised by the University in each month. Yes, many fests are organised every year. We also celebrated all religious festivals. My experience of the campus life is quite fulfilling.
